I have been to every stylist at this saloon for more than 20 years and everyone is amazing!
Feels like home.
Greg and Melissa set the tone for a comfortable, chill, family like atmosphere while at the same time continuing to be an upscale salon on the East Sise.
I will never go anywhere else!!

Coiffurium makes you feel welcome as soon as you step through the door. The receptionist was lovely. Sara was wonderful! She asked me what I wanted and gave me more. If you're looking for great service and reasonable prices, coiffurium is for you.

The staff at this salon are very professional and friendly. When my hairdresser went out on maternity leave, they set me up with another stylist immediately, unlike my last salon. Erica and Sara are great stylists and really nice people.

Patty and everyone at Coiffurium have taken care of me for over 15 years. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. I regularly get compliments on my hair, and that is because of Patty and her talent and attention to detail. She knows my hair, and I trust her to make me look my best!

I'm the kind of person who takes my time researching salons, grazing over portfolios and taking the time to assess whether or not my vision for my hair matches a hair stylists' technique and skill. I'm decisive when it comes to how particular I like the highlights and how chunky or baby thin their technique is, how well a stylist blends. So when I came across Erica's work, I was dead set on booking with her.
I arrived for a consultation in September and was happy to wait until November for her first opening. No problem, I'm patient; I'm paying good money for someone's skill and time. We booked on my birthday, so I was eager with anticipation. I booked for a cut, foil & color.
Erica spent about three hours on my hair, however I noticed a little too late that she had only given me highlights and not an overall color. I brought it up, and she immediately sat down next to me and apologized in such a genuine, gentle way, explaining it was a miscommunication and she was going to do her best with her time to tone my highlights to where I was happy with them, and asked if I could come back in the following Thursday so she could resolve the issue.
I was disappointed at first, but I left content with the work she completed in that time, and I was grateful for her integrity and attitude towards making it right.
I came back Thursday and she finished my hair beautifully to the exact color I envisioned. Her highlight work was wonderful, subtle and very natural.
Erica is an incredible artist with a character of gold. She was so warm and inviting with me each time, very relaxed and grounded. You can tell she has a passion for her work and reputation and genuinely cares about her clients. It was a lovely experience getting to know her and feeling confident in her hands, and I will be returning to her for future work, even if I have to drive a bit further.
The front desk staff also deserves recognition, they were so kind and their smiles were real and radiant. This is a wonderful business I'm glad I found!
