A big shout out to Christopher my tow truck driver who miraculously appeared in front of my broken down car (a freebie I’m grateful for from RI DOT) he stopped at a convenience store and ran through the pouring rain to purchase garbage bags and jumped up onto the flatbed and covered my half open windows! He stayed with me until the AAA team came. I am very impressed with his attitude and level of compassion. 5 ? stars all day long!

Needed an emergency tow - 35 miles. I called Colletta. The office staff was great - worked with me to see which of my possible drop off locations would be more economical and then scheduled it right away. I was able to leave and go on with my work day. Tow truck driver almost rammed me off the road. Merged into my lane super fast and didn't bother to indicate. Shouldn't be that careless when you're towing 2 cars.

Called 20 minutes before closing to remove personal items from my vehicle to only be told they were already closed when the website clearly said they had 20 minutes remaining in business hours. The manager hung up on me upon me telling them this fact and that this was ridiculous and unfair business practices. I would never recommend this tow yard, and I would never use it had I not been forced too. The manager was beyond rude and should be evaluated for a lower posting as they are clearly not fit to work in a customer service environment.
