waited 20 min to simply drop off equipment that i never used and billed $30 service charge 8) the workers were awesome, just a horrible system. so glad i don’t have cox as my internet provider, my mistake for choosing them first!

Wait times are insane. The majority of the customers that go there are trying to pay their bills. I went in to exchange a remote for the cable box and waited over 20 minutes. Then when it was my turn all I had to do was give them the old one and get the new one from a drawer. There needs to be an easier way to exchange equipment.

Everyone in store was great, the problem is traveling back and forth over the bridge sitting in traffic, you charges me 100 for tech to come out because your box crap the bed, well a month later and just returned a box not working, but spent 2 hours in traffic, not happy!!!!! I didn’t charge you for your boxes not working Has and time …. And 2 days no cable

wanna give a shout out to Vito - 66595 for helping me fix my internet connection! As an individual studying IT in college right now I was at a loss on diagnosing and fixing internet problems myself. He was fast, nice and easy to converse with while getting things up and running!
