It takes an hour on chat just to get rep to understand the problem. I have spent hours on chat and phone and I'm going to start charging $100 an hour for my wasted time and will send them an invoice. Everybodies time is important. TRAIN YOUR REPS COX.

The assistant manger Elena called me back to back to back multiple times leaving voicemails to answer or she’ll disconnect my services because apparently she still had me at my old address even though my account shows my updated address i called and said I’m at work please give me five minutes and she says ok and begins to call back to back to back to back soon as we hang up leaving more messages saying answer or I’ll shut off your services right now which are paid in full so she has to right to do or say horrible rude service lady is nuts

I went into the Cox store to discuss my bill. Do to misunderstanding of changing my billing date and an added fee for the change I also received a late fee charge. I understood the added fee once explained to me and disputed the late fee charge since I have been with Cox for many years. They removed the late fee charge and I requested to see that charge removed on my bill which they did and sent me an email showing the deduction. Going forward I will be more diligent in keeping track of what family members in my household are watching and calling Cox periodically to see if any new deductions apply to me. Hope I helped.

Absolutely horrible, worse experience of my life! I was better of with Verizon. This people is horrible 8 days with out internet after been charge for it. They don't know what they doing and the 1800 service is from another planet. Horrible they lost dont even know their names. Never Cox again. Dont go there.

Cox's kno my Internet service plus I don't even use their cable, me and my aunt have Amazon Fire stick, we just went to that place because my other aunt uses cox cable and internet service, but we use Verizon.

Sent a tech to my house to install service. Requirements for any wire being installed is you need to have a state lic RIGHT!!!!!!! WRONG this individual DID NOT hold a STATE LICENSE which is required for any and all wiring methods. I asked the tech if he would like for me to call the town inspector to check his license he ran to his truck and peeled tires. Called customer service to complain which is when they notified me they are all licensed and it is not required they show me there state lic. WRONG it is mandatory when a customer asks to see your lic you are required to show it. PROOF this is a monopoly company who does not Follow the states regulations and pays off states to shut them up. Buyer Beware!
