The customer service is truly unbelievable, with patient, helpful, and exceptionally friendly staff. The team works with customers every step of the way, providing guidance on choices and sending pictures and information to help finalize a project. They are a wonderful group of people who clearly love what they do, manufacturing great sets with passion. The overall experience is frequently described as wonderful and delightful, often exceeding expectations. From the checkers and dice to the colors and build quality, the attention to detail results in a product that greatly enhances the playing experience.
Absolutely stellar experiences here. Buying off the website, custom orders by email (thank you, Amy!), or helping authenticate vintage boards, they have always delivered top customer service! And we love their products. Would love to visit someday.

I purchased a tournament-size backgammon attache case, and I love it. The chips are satisfyingly solid, the cork playing surface is smooth and it's a lot of fun to play on.
