Slow. Way too busy. The need someone just for the phone. Automated answering service is awful.

Pharmacy customer service could be more polite. Also, pharmacy tech or whoever answers the phone needs to be careful to not give wrong information. If you don’t know, then ask the pharmacist. :)

had one of my worst pharmacy experiences here.... blamed me for their mistake. was going to say more but what's the point, if you're young they will talk down to you and if you're old they will talk over you. worst CVS experience i've had.
