“Awesome drug/convenience store. Has that old school pharmacy vibe and the staff are always super nice. Store is also super organized which is a rarity compared to most of the other places in this area. Highly recommend them over mainstream drug stores (CVS, Rite-aide, etc.). It's a shame COVID caused some of the bad reviews online because this place certainty does not deserve it.”

“Having to go to this pharmacy at Kent Hospital actually turned out to be a great experience. First of all, I had never been there before and had no idea where to park or where inside the hospital the pharmacy was located. I ended up driving around to the backside of the hospital and parked in one-hour patient parking. There were two doors I had to choose from... one said Ambulatory Care and the other didn't say anything but I could see a booth inside that said Information. I went in the Information door, walked up to the booth and asked where I could find the pharmacy. The woman smiled, pointed behind me and said "Right behind you." I thought 'Wow! What luck!' Anyway, inside the pharmacy, they were all very nice. I had to wait a few minutes for them to finish filling my prescription, but that didn't take long at all and before I knew it I was out of there! Very small waiting area, but very clean and sterile like. And about the waiting area, I don't think too many people should be hanging around a pharmacy anyway. And there's plenty of room in the lobby if there were a lot of people waiting.”

“I worked at a retail pharmacy chain for 6 years and not once did I see the level of care the pharmacists and techs at the Miriam provide on a regular basis. What really stuck out to me was after my son was born, my wife needed a script, the doctor called in the wrong amount but the pharmacist, understanding the urgency of the request, followes up multiple times with the doctor and us until it was resolved. Lifelong customers”

“Large size Walgreens on Admiral street. Being self standing, the store has plenty of parking and the area is usually kept very clean and tidy. I went to check the prices of their vitamins and supplements since I had a coupon. The prices are on the high side. The best deal is when you see a BOGO deal and you have a coupon on top of that. The store was clean and well lit.”

“They have great prices. I like to shop there. The only issue I've had was with the pharmacy. When I went to drop my prescription off as usual , they told me they don't accept my health insurance anymore. I've been getting my scripts there for 5 yrs & they didn't call me to let me know or anything. They just dropped the bomb on me when i got there. I tried rite aid & didn't like their brand of meds then I tried CVS and finally found a pharmacy.”

“This Walgreens is located on Atwells Ave. in Federal Hill with a parking lot. There are some spots reserved for 30 minute parking. Like other Walgreens, there is a photo and a pharmacy section. I've been here a few times to pick up my photos. The photo counter has a button to call for service if there is no staff there. Usually within a few minutes, a staff member appears. The store is clean and organized. Does the exterior of Walgreens look familiar to you? This Walgreens was selected for the exterior shots of the store in Disney's "Hocus Pocus 2."”
“Cannot thank Joe and the team enough - urgently needed a speciality medication over the weekend, called at 7pm on Saturday night, they had an on-call pharmacist who took the call, and got everything set up for a pick up first thing Sunday am. “This is the only Walgreens that accepts state insurance for prescriptions. Location is on prairie Ave in south Providence area next door to the community clinic, dental, eyes care,foot care. The neighborhood is a bit rough but for the most part safe during the day time hours. People (the workers regarding the pharmacy & cashiers) in the pharmacy seem very pleasant & helpful.”

“So many times if find myself thinking to myself that I need something, and know that I am going to find it here. CVS stores can be found almost anywhere. And if you are in the city, there is probably one not far from you. Like always, came here for a specific reason and left with many things. This time needed something for my face that get dry (always before the summer). Found a lotion I used last year and that do the job. Then I started shopping. Got many other things I needed and some not really needed but the day to need them will come. Overall it was good. And it is good to have CVS near you.”

“I visit this store EVERYDAY, literally. It's close to home and has EVERYTHING you need AND MORE!! They have REALLY expanded their own line of products which is REALLY good for our pockets. The prices are extremely reasonable. Honestly, there are SO many options for GIFTS that you could do all your Christmas shopping at Walgreens!! Whether you need medicine, beauty products, food, drinks, pictures, Roku boxes, gift cards, games, toys, cigarettes, WHATEVER you need, you can find at Walgreens!! But take my advice: even if you're "only running in for one thing"- grab a carriage or cart my friend because you will NEVER leave with just ONE thing! I'm always stuck trying to carry 10 things in my 2 little arms!! I have to create a, I don't know, let's call it a "puzzle tower" (?) with all the stuff falling out of my arms & pinching bags with my fingers to the point they're cramping up on me... I KNOW plenty of YOU know what I'm talking about. It's a pretty hilarious sight! Most people laugh cuz I'm so small but can carry a LOT. Some people give me that look, like "why didn't you get a carriage dumb dumb"? It's even more hilarious when someone actually tries to HELP ME when I DO drop something out/off of my product puzzle tower (?). They pick it up for me and go to hand it back to me, but they have NO idea WHAT to do or WHERE to put it!! ?? I have to be like, "ok, um, I'm gonna lift my right arm a little and you can just slide that right in between these other 5 things on my right arm"!! But lesson NOT learned because I STILL do it, hoping I won't spend as much money if I can't carry that many things!! So I need to practice what I preach!!”

“This CVS, like all CVS pharmacies has the basic product categories...I had heard from a friend that Kenra hair products are really good. She told me that Kenra is one of the best hair styling product brands known for its professional approach in hairstyling....so many hairstylists use it.I went to look for Kenra hair products at this store and I found several products like Mousse, Dry Shampoo, Volume spray, regular shampoo, conditioner etc....The price was pretty high....Even with my 40% off coupon, that would be a lot more than I usually pay for hair products.I will keep shopping around.....on the way out, I got a gift card for a friend...they have such a large selection of them...you can find exactly what you are looking for....”

“My mother and I came for the day from NYC to visit my son and see a show.we checked into Omni then went to CVS just to look around. I carried one bag with me from hotel. Very helpful and friendly workers. Mackenzie and I believe the other girl was Jasmine. Very polite and respectful. When we got back to hotel I realized I was missing my red tote bag. My heart sank. I had my son's passport birth certificate in there. I we ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant. I thought maybe I left it there. I left my mom at hotel and ran back to CVS like a crazy lady. As soon as I saw Mackenzie I asked her about the bag. I believe Jasmine knew about it too. Thankfully, Mackenzie pulled it from behind the counter. I was almost in tears. I am so thankful for these workers. Please know and appreciate that you have honest and trusting woman working hard for you and looking out for customers. Thank you so much again. I won't forget you”

“If you live on the East side of Providence, this is probably the drugstore of choice. It's big inside, it has a large parking lot and it has a Minute Clinic for any type of minor ambulatory medical issues, vaccinations, etc.The store inside is pretty similar to other CVS stores.I stopped in here to get some stuff for my niece. The staff here is friendly and helpful.Being close to the commercial heart of the East side, it is a pretty busy store, so be patient at the pharmacy or at the registers.”
