“I am here once again trying to leave a review for one of my best CVS stores. Hoping Google doesn't delete my comment as they always do, which I've been considering very unprofessional on behalf of Google.
Now, I want to add that this particular CVS store has one of the best employees ever. She's very kind, without mistaking that for anything else. She's very courteous, always serving me very well without looking at who she's talking to. And well, aside from that, I've started using the coupons the CVS app offers me, so I can't ask for more from this store. Thanks, CVS!
I also drop off my UPS packages at this CVS, and once again, the girl who always helps me is very patient with me, takes her time scanning my packages, and always helps me if I have any questions. In short, she's the reason I'm leaving this review today.”
“I'm not a big fan of pharmacies, but this one does it right.Even though they're in a busy hospital, their service is much more personal than at the big corporate pharmacies. They're quick but polite, and they take the time to go over the drugs with you. That should be the way it is at every pharmacy, but unfortunately, it's a rarity these days.”

“It is the worst pharmacy. The staff treats people very badly. They use the person's medical condition to treat them. It is terrible. They discriminate against the person. If they do not like you, some of the staff do not treat you with your medicines.”

“I worked at a retail pharmacy chain for 6 years and not once did I see the level of care the pharmacists and techs at the Miriam provide on a regular basis. What really stuck out to me was after my son was born, my wife needed a script, the doctor called in the wrong amount but the pharmacist, understanding the urgency of the request, followes up multiple times with the doctor and us until it was resolved. Lifelong customers”

“even though i moved out of this neighborhood over four years ago, i always take the extra time to come to this cvs location. even though they always seem pretty busy- the store always looks great & the employees are unbelievably helpful and kind. today, i was helped at the register by an absolute sweetheart named bev. another employee (i didn't get her name), chatted with me & helped me out in the beauty isle as well ♡ it's nice to see a major company have a location that is staffed by such genuine, patient, and hardworking people. i appreciate this every time i stop by!”

“They have great prices. I like to shop there. The only issue I've had was with the pharmacy. When I went to drop my prescription off as usual , they told me they don't accept my health insurance anymore. I've been getting my scripts there for 5 yrs & they didn't call me to let me know or anything. They just dropped the bomb on me when i got there. I tried rite aid & didn't like their brand of meds then I tried CVS and finally found a pharmacy.”

“I had an excellent experience yesterday at this cvs and I just had to write a review. I’m traveling and I forgot my medication at home. It was a holiday and all the other CVS pharmacies were closing at 2 but this one was opened until 6. The woman at the drop off counter was very helpful and efficient. She helped with a discount code because the manufacturer they had for the medication wasn’t covered by insurance. Despite it being 1:20 and they go on break at 1:30 for lunch they were able to fill my prescription in less than 2 minutes. I just really appreciate their help. If I lived closer I would definitely use this CVS more often!”

If they had more staff, I truly believe they would be the best store in the company if they aren’t already. These people work tirelessly to help every single customer and they need to be rewarded for their efforts. They deal with so much disrespect from their customers and still manage to provide top notch service. The pharmacy manager Gianna is the absolute best! Always gives meaningful insight regarding my prescriptions, I swear she knows more than my doctor.
