What nice people at cvs admiral st pharmacy. I was there this am for vaccinations & all of a sudden there were 10 people waiting behind me while phone kept ringing in background & poor folks scrambled to finish orders. They were polite. Apologetic. Professional. Shame on those who have to b first...you know what Jesus said.

This place is hell on earth, choose literally any other pharmacy if you can or you'll be waiting in line to pick up your prescription for the rest of your life.

I went to this CVS as I was in the area and I had the most pleasant experience. Both the cashier and the store manager were very friendly, helpful and customer focused. I had some coupons on my digital CVS App that were not scanning properly and these two ladies were very patient to get me the savings I was promised to, by the electronic coupons. The layout is a bit smaller than other CVS pharmacies, but there's plenty of parking and the customer focused staff makes it a pleasant experience.

On Monday, I walked into this CVS store. My normal pharmacy is the CVS in Lawrence, MA, but am in Providence for the summer and needed a refill for my daily medication. I was wearing a shirt that read "Immigrants Make America Great," because I teach at a school where all the students are immigrants or children of immigrants. The pharmacist at the register told me: "I misread your shirt at first and was about to say I can't help you." I love when my shirt can spark an intellectual conversation about immigration and human dignity. However, I was embarrassed and upset that this woman was going to refuse to give me medication I NEED because she thought I had a different political belief than her. This is terrible customer service and made me very uncomfortable. It is not appropriate or professional for someone to refuse someone necessary healthcare because of a difference in opinions. When I didn't respond to her comment, she informed me they don't have my medication there even though I received an email and a text saying it was ready for pickup at this location. I ended up calling my doctor and having her send the prescription to a different location instead. Worst CVS I've even been to!
