The pharmacy service so nice and always has good standards and cleaning positions,
Everything is well versed in everyone knew exactly what they were talking about when it came to all the pills and all the different items that I need like prescription glasses and Care in my vitamins that I grabbed.
Got to be on it though because they close at 6:00 during the week
6:00 p.m. is usually pretty early but I go to bed around 7:00 p.m.

Ordered meds to be delivered on a Wednesday, came a day late and the delivery driver (ups) was swinging my meds around in the package. The box was bent and looked like it had been thrown around. Unacceptable!

Filling a prescription is one thing... and simple but this place, the billing office and customer service... UNACCEPTABLE. I will do everything possible to INSIST my insurance allows me to use a different specialty pharmacy.

CVS SPECIALTY SERVICES HAS FILLED MY ORDERS FOR OVER 3 YEARS. They do a great job and are always on time with my order. People are very nice too.

The worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Typically on hold for over a half hour every time. More times than not they do not process my prescription refills correctly and do not let me know until a week later. Wish I had another choice.

Pathetically disorganized and terribbbbbble customer service. I've been with the for 4 months. Their only job is to get the package to me. They've screwed up 3 out of 4 times. It's something different every month. First they lost it and I had to play detective for 4 days to find it at a UPS store myself. Next they send my pre authorization to the wrong phone number. Then when you call with a problem it's completely obvious that they will say anything to get off the phone and not have to fix it. If your insurance let's you choose.. you better go somewhere else. Youll die before you get your medicine here.
