The entire staff here is extremely helpful and friendly. I've had problems with my prescription refills recently and the people in the pharmacy were efficient, informed, and made sure that the issues were quickly resolved. Hard to find this level of customer service these days.

Today the pharmacist and pharmacist tech were so kind and knowledgeable. I needed some vaccines for travel, and Alex, the pharmacist, gave me great information on side effects, timing and pricing. In addition, they hire the nicest people for the front of the store.

this is probably the worst CVS that i've used. scripts are not ready when you are alerted that they are, deals in aisles are not real when you checkout, and the staff is utterly clueless around the clock

I started using this pharmacy in 2018 and had no problems. Around the spring of 2022 I started having issues. The slightly newer pharmacist seems to pick and choose when to be courteous with her customers. I was calling to find out if an acne medication was in stock and as I was saying thank you before hanging up, the pharmacy manager, Alex, abruptly hung up the phone without so much as saying bye. Now I take my time speaking with whomever is serving me as I am a valued patient and customer. Do not use this pharmacy for Medicaid, even if you go to school and work full time as a server.

Sold me detergent with the metal alarm tag and said they couldn’t remove it bc they had no scissors? ? I don’t think that is how they are normally removed, but now I have some detergent with an alarm on it.

They created an extra pharmacy profile I cannot delete, and they will not merge or delete it. On top of that, I have tried to move my refills to a CVS closer to where I live, and they continue to refill my prescriptions at this location. There’s one pharmacist who is so rude for no reason. I get customer service isn’t fun but don’t scold me for the pharmacy’s mistakes (not merging my account and continuing to refill at this location despite my multiple requests).

I don’t normally get my medications at CVS anymore because their prices are too high, but my doctor sent a prescription here. Not only was the cost astronomical but the service at the pharmacy was just rude and unpleasant. I’ve had a few bad experiences with unfriendly service at the pharmacy here so this was not a one-off. This hasn’t been the case with the pharmacists, they’re usually pretty attentive—rather, it’s the pharmacy technicians who I have not had positive experiences with, whether the pharmacy is busy or not. I’ll make sure to update my pharmacy at the doctor’s office next time I’m there. The only pro to this place is the convenience. The store itself is not bad other than the pharmacy.
