Your front store cashier, Blessing , didn’t acknowledge me (nor did she the customers ahead of me) minus the robotic “do you have a cvs card”. No hello, no eye contact and not even a thank you after spending my hard earned money in your store. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Got a message my refill was ready and when I walk in asking for it they say the message was because 1. Insurance doesn’t cover it 2. They don’t have it ? Are you saying I can’t read a text message ? It’s really as simple as admitting YOU made a mistake by texting me and then making me drive all the way over there just to turn me away. Everyday they can’t find anything under my name switching immediately

This is easily the worst pharmacy I've been to in my entire life! I've been going here for over a year and they never answer the phone, never refill prescriptions unless you show up in person, and there's consistently a 20+ minute line. The pharmacy manager is completely unprofessional and raised his voice at me because I said "this wouldn't have happened if you did your job" because they didn't refill my prescription for weeks, and when I showed up in person to ask my insurance changed and I haven't gotten the new card yet. I am moderately autistic and recovering from a stroke and I've been missing my medication for weeks, I am allowed to be upset. I'm severely disabled and wasted my limited energy walking to CVS in the rain and I left without my prescriptions because the pharmacy manager was too defensive to do his job. I called my prescriptions into another pharmacy, I will never go back here again.

They don't ever answer the phone. Paid in advance for a phone consultation for paxlovid. They took the money but never called.

Pharmacy does not pickup phone calls. Going straight to voice mail is not appropriate for a pharmacy. This is a health and safety issue.
