Wow. Impossible to get someone at the front desk on the phone. Just spent 10 minutes in circles and it kept sending me back to the pharmacy which is closed and I didn't want. ANSWER YOUR PHONE.

This CVS is one of the grubbiest I have been to, inside and out. The only reason I go there is that it is conveniently close. Everything is tired and dirty. The card readers are especially frustrating, not only are they old and dirty, they never seem to read the card properly. It’s a terrible environment and long due for an overhaul. I feel bad for the employees that have to work there.

Filthy. I’ve been in the Minute Clinic twice now in two days. Can’t help notice that a waste can is shoved in the corner behind a temp wall overflowing with garbage. I pointed it out. Does no one have a responsibility to keep the store clean. Disgusting. No doubt corporate would have a fit.

THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST PHARMACIES I’VE EVER BEEN TO. THE PHARMACISTS HERE MUST HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED JOY IN THEIR LIFE. THE MAN WITH THE MAN BUN ACTS AS IF ALL THE LIFE HAS BEEN SUCKED OUT OF HIM, AND THE BLONDE WOMAN WHO SITS IN THE MIDDLE IS UTTERLY MISERABLE.

Quite possibly the worst cvs pharmacy I have been to. I would rather drive 40 minutes south to my original cvs than even try to pick up a prescription from here anymore. Every time my prescription is either cancelled for no reason or they somehow mess up my very valid insurance and try to charge me full price for medications that I need. If you NEED your medications in a timely manner please go elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

I had a fever of 101F and scheduled an appointment for a drive through rapid covid test. I was kept waiting for a long time before the girl gave me a test. I finished giving the sample. She said she will call with the results in twenty minutes. Just when I got back home, they called and said they dont have the strip for the covid test and hence ghe sample could not be used and I would have to schedule an appointment somewhere else. What kind of a a service is this? Why cudnt they call before and say the strips had gotten over? Is this a way you treat someone who is sick? Shame on the staff and CVS !

The lines are long here because one of the self checkout registers is broken and they don’t have enough staff to have two people on register. If the one self checkout register that works needs assistance, both lines stop. Considering that CVS is a Rhode Island company this is a pretty embarrassing way to run a store in your capital city. If you’re looking for a store that values your time, go to the cvs down the street in Pawtucket - they have working registers but the same staffing issues.
