Well after going 1 for 2 on replacing my own brakes, I took her in for 1 new set of brakes and a rotor. To be honest, they didn’t want to do it at first because it’s an e-bike and ‘there’s no seat post to work off of’. I came back after trying two other shops (one IS an e-bike shop) to plead with them bc I clearly don’t know what I’m doing. They took pity on me and banged out the work in a couple hours for less than a hundred bucks. Couldn’t be happier. Again.

I travel for work. I’ve been to dozens of bike shops coast-to-coast, and Dash is one of the best! Small and somewhat quirky, it has an authentic vibe, unlike some larger chain bicycle shops. Also, props to the super friendly staff!

Got some repairs done to an old craigslist bike I bought and it rides like a million bucks. It's an older bike, and they went out of their way to find the original style parts.
