Divine Investments rental units have a great experience for tenants. The company is communicative and responsive to questions and concerns, quickly working to resolve any issues. Maintenance requests such as washer problems are dealt with swiftly, often with a repairman sent the next day. Communication is answered the same day, or the next day if outside of business hours. Notices of unit showings or maintenance are sent days in advance. From start to finish Divine Investments made the process of listing a condo, finding a great tenant, and property management so streamlined and easy. Tenants describe the property manager as awesome, with no complaints and a nice business relationship.
