If it's like the owner says, because they don't fix the customer service, it's the worst thing in customer service in Providence. The very haughty and arrogant employees are outrageous, they believe that everyone who goes there is there to steal or beg.

Love the location and staff except for one big, white, smoking lady that yelled at me to shut up and not talk to her during her break. She was standing right outside the exit. I don't even wanna come back.

Placed an order through the app Sat night to pick up Sun morning. The app showed that it was an option for pick up and the order went through without any issues. The next morning, I didn't get any updates on my order. My timeslot was from 10am-11am. I didn't want to miss my order so I just showed up at 11am just in case. It wasn't then that I was told they don't do pick up orders and they would cancel it. Well, if they don't do pick up orders, why not cancel it when they saw my order instead of waiting until I showed up? Complete waste of my time.
