My amazing bf purchased flowers and an edible arrangement from here for same day delivery so they’d be super fresh for me - the berries weren’t fresh and were bruised up - the flowers were partially dead. I told him to call and complain because he spent nearly $200 - way too much - and they hung up on him!!! Highly dissatisfied. Do not recommend. Terrible service.

I have had two bad experiences with this store, the first one I understood as human error, the second time is negligence. I understand things happen but when you are paying you expect the service to match that and unfortunately there is more to be desired from this store. Wont order from this one again

I don't know the names of who I spoke to , but they were both girls and were SO sweet! I was nervous ordering from 4 hours away (to deliver to someone in that area) and they were so amazing in getting it delivered there perfectly AND were so accommodating with the scheduled time. Im so happy with the order / delivery , and my boyfriend loved it!

The employees at this Edible Arrangement know how to give great service. My Arrangements are always freshly made by skilled craftman and fruit ninjas. The smoothies are always made on point, tasty, and refreshing. Plus the prices and a great value in which I have received keeps me coming back for more. The manager went out of her way to help bring my arrangement to my car. The woman at the front counter clearly explained my order and helped me out with every question I had. I feel very grateful for the staff at this Edible Arrangement in Providence. I will be back soon.

Replaced my half dead expensive flowers with a less expensive bouquet..something you could buy at stop and shop
Btw..customer service never responded..
Update. Local owner Ted reached out with a surprise box of Chocolate covered fruits and a promise to do better in the future. A class act Ted!
