The staff member here was welcoming, upbeat, and gave us a personal tour of the facility. I've never used a storage facility before, and I pictured one of those bleak catacombs from the movies; this place is immaculate and well lit. The floors are easy to navigate and security system is simple yet effective. I wouldn't say no to lower pricing, but this is a pill I'm willing to swallow. So glad we found this place, so close to our new digs.

Hello, I write this message out of desperation. I am writing to express my serious disappointment and frustration regarding my experience with Store Space in Providence on Corliss Street. The customer service I have encountered has been profoundly unsatisfactory, bordering on neglectful.
On the week of May 1st I called asking if there could be a possible refund and cancellation on my $80 deposit for a storage unit I had booked hours before as I would no longer need it. The woman on the receiving end of my call dismissed me and said that she would have to check in with her superiors and would give me a call, at the very latest, by the next day. The next day no call arrived. So I called again, and she told me to be patient and she would, with great confidence, call me by the next day. No call arrived, so I called them again. This persisted for about a few days when a man picked up my call on May 5th, apologized for the confusion, and assured me that my account would be canceled and my refund would be processed within 2-3 weeks. I thought that since this man spoke with authority surely everything would be resolved. I was wrong. On the 16th of May I received an email from Store Space requesting that I pay around $150 by June 1st. I was very surprised, and the beginning of my summer was ruined. I called again, and a man named “Ian” again assured me that he would cancel my account and the refund I had made weeks ago would be processed. This was weeks after I was promised that my account had been canceled. I took his word (naively), and rested easy for a couple of weeks.
It had been well over 2-3 weeks since I had been promised the $80 refund at the beginning of May, so on June 3rd I called and asked if there was any progress concerning that. A woman (presumably the same woman who had dismissed me and insisted she needed to talk to her superiors first) refused to give me any information about the refund, and assured me she would give me a call back after speaking with her superiors! She was also quite rude and dismissive of my complaints and worries about my money. I called again on the 6th of June and a woman named Madison told me that my refund should have already been processed or it would be processed within a week. She promised to call back within an hour, but a call never came (as expected). I furthermore called again before closing but I never received an answer.
I have also tried contacting the manager on numerous occasions but have not received any response. I actually updated my payment method today on the website as I got a new card but I found myself not being able to bring myself to contact customer service as I knew this would create another month-long ordeal.
I am now seriously considering disputing the charges with my bank and pursuing other actions to get my money back.
This ongoing situation has become distressingly frustrating, creating significant inconvenience and undermining my trust in Store Space. The repeated failure to follow through on promises of cancellation and refunds strongly suggests negligence or intentional disregard for customer satisfaction.
I kindly request immediate attention and resolution of this matter, including confirmation of my account's cancellation and processing of my $80 refund without further delay. Your prompt attention and response to rectify this unfortunate experience would be greatly appreciated.

Great service for college students! The assistant manager, Ian was extremely helpful and they were great working with us as out-of-state parents getting a storage unit for our college student in Providence. Facility was great and easy to access.

STAY AWAY! Price unexpectedly JUMPED from $93 a month to $174 a month on ONE MONTH. It’s was May or June I began renting a “10 x 10” (although it was actually about 9x9 when measured. The man then told me sizes are “approximate.”) Then in Sept I went to pay online only to find my unit now cost $174 (up from $93). Ok I realize prices are technically “subject to change” but I was not informed I had any special or temp pricing. But NEVER DID I EXPECT A HUGE price jump like that overnight, Let me be clear this is LOUSY LOUSY customer service and demonstrates no respect for the customer. A storage customer is most likely already going through a major life change of upheaval to put all their belongings in storage to begin with. Then you get hit with THIS? Honestly no consideration whatsoever! So I advise BEWARE and stay OUT of this place. Go someplace that is not going to scam you. Had I known this was temporary pricing then I would have known and made my decision based on that. Go someplace where they won’t play games with you and take advantage of your needs.

I think a lot of these reviews are paid or rewarded... In a nutshell: do not touch this place. It is a revolting dump. It has gone downhill to the point where they no longer even care or try. I finally put in a complaint and I spoke to a district manager - a week later I come to my unit to find the exact same filth and trash around the place. Even the fire alarm in the loading dock is still wailing ! And a big dirty space where the carts should be - people are taking them and hiding them in their units. There's *no* climate control, the manager can claim there is but I swear it's always too hot or too cold. Whatever floor you're on. I've had a climate control unit, this ain't one. Trash, rodents, junkies... Seriously, lots of creepy people hang out here. But they happily put my rent up again. They'll jack your rate every 6 to 9 months, seriously. Where is the $ going ??? Into their pockets I guess. I've tried to be patient, I've tried to be polite. Enough. 1 week and you still haven't even run a vacuum around ??

I was helped by Madison who did a wonderful job getting me my second storage unit! The units are clean, spacious, and easy to use! Highly recommended!

USED NEEDLE ON MY BED. I’ve called multiple times since I was told that it is company policy that as long as my unit is cleared by the 5th of the month I won’t have to pay for that month. This was the whole reason I went with this company, yet now that I have my stuff out I’m being told that was misinformation. I was told twice I would receive a call from management and haven’t. The best part, while moving out my mattress something falls off it. There was a used needle on my bed. Madison has been the only positive thing about this experience.

I visited this facility two times. The first time I dealt with Chan P. who was helpful and took the time to find me a unit on the first floor. My second visit I dealt with Madison at the front desk. She was pleasant and patient. She showed me several different units and advised which size unit I should lease. She also showed me how to use the lock and said she would make sure she cleaned the unit thoroughly before I moved my stuff into the unit.

Management evicted me for for being homeless. two times a day I visited for a night and day bag. A hour tops. left 4 voicemail, no response or note and they charged me for the month. not even up to code or air conditioned inside. AVOID THIS SCAM ENTIRELY.....
