Everyone is friendly and very helpful. I lost my keys to the storage unit and they were happy to help me cut the lock open, quickly. All personnel I’ve dealt with at the Vizzie st. Storage are very friendly and always ready to help. I’ve rented my unit for a year and a half now and I’ve had no issues.

This is my first time renting a storage unit. The customer service is very friendly, the process is easy, and the place is clean and tidy. The price is very reasonable .I plan to rent for a long time.

I forgot the gentleman’s name but I believe he’s a manager. He is excellent. Any time I have an issue he is very helpful and accommodating. He also walked out into the pouring rain to help me with my lock. Very nice gentleman!!

I would not recommend this company Extra Space Storage my significant other had made a reservation with Extra Space Storage for a storage unit and parking space however upon going to park his vehicle this establishment told him that that he could have access from ten to six to later find out when we have talked to a customer service representative she was rude and unprofessional we will no longer be working with this establishment

Great place to store! Staff is professional and courteous. Jay helped me with some difficulties I had with my lock. He was kind and patient, and walked me through the process! Amazing team. I definitely recommend to customers who are looking for a trusted place to store their stuff! 5 stars

This place is a scam. No working security but yet they want to charge me almost an extra 100 dollars for a unit with no temp control. I removed my stuff and I’ll be going elsewhere. Before you charge people all this extra money, especially the people who are renting out the larger units and paying two weeks advance everyone, you could at least fix the gate and install proper cameras. There are like 4 crackheads living in this place…

Following some research, I determined that they have falsely advertised their rates on their website. For example, the rate for the largest unit on their website is 203.00. The rate on their website, however, is only for a few months, but it's not disclosed as an introductory rate. In my opinion, this is not a good business practice and is deceptive. Besides deceptive advertising, their units are generally in proper working condition.
