From start to finish this facility was the best. The woman at the front desk(Iām sorry I forgot name) and Brian were both amazing. Great customer service for sure, Brian also went above and behond with guiding me through the auction services given this was my first time buying. Given that I am from out of town and not familiar with the area they both kindly let me use there restroom even though it is not for public use. 10/10 experience š
