Came here to sell my clarinet (valued new at $450.00 and used at $300, and was kept in pristine condition) and was told I could get $40 for it. I spent more on maintenance for the instrument in my years of practice & teaching. The reasoning given was that the item would sit on his shelf for years, meanwhile the items that he DOES have in the shop are also collecting dust and placed at a higher value than the clarinet. Let me clarify: A USED KID’S TRICYCLE WAS PLACED AT A HIGHER VALUE THAN A CLARINET. Don’t sell here unless you’d like to be told your possessions aren’t worth what they are. The only thing saving this place is half decent customer service.

Extremely pleased with my shopping experience, the staff was also helpful. One particular individual went above and beyond to make sure my grandmother and myself were accommodated in any means. Marlena, was such a great help to us. My grandmother only speaks Spanish and was a little intimidated at first entering the facility but Marlena made sure to make her feel at ease during our shopping. She was pleasant, attentive and informative. We will definitely be returning back.

Honestly I couldn’t of picked a better place to come to. Marlena was extremely helpfulAnd any questions my mother and I had she answered in the most knowledgeable and helpful way possible. Sometimes going into these pawn shops it could be overwhelming because you never know what you’re going to get with a lot of employees , but let me tell you I couldn’t be more happier with the way this young lady Marlena helped us and I will now be a forever customer of hers and this location. Thank you so much for your help us and I will definitely be going back.

I went in to sell a diamond ring, and was told by the so called "diamond expert" that the ring (which I had a receipt for from Zales) was not real. An 8K ring was valued at a WHOPPING $140 by this diamond genius. The woman at the counter was incredibly friendly and respectful, but would not recommend trying to sell high value jewelry to this bafoon. I went and sold my "fake" ring to the much more reputable Providence Diamond, for 2K. Do not go here unless you want to be ripped off or scammed.
