FedEx provides a terrible service, they didn't deliver my package, they didn't send a photo, they didn't try to correct the error, they seem like frauds to me, they shouldn't work in this delivery area.

Just left FedEx on meeting street and was welcomed and helped by Jeanne and Lisa. They were amazing and helped me get my package to its destination. Thank you for making my day so much better ladies! You are both phenomenal.

The experience I had with the customer service representative named, Angel was extremely poor. It was my first time sending a package to a foreign country to a needy family and I was really excited about it. He had a very blasé attitude and it was very obvious he did not want to be at work that day. Angel did not provide the correct information that I needed when delivering an international package and the recipient of that package were hit with a hefty fee which they ultimately could not afford to pay. I basically felt that he wanted to rush through the process and he said the package “should get there with no issues.” Fast forward a month later, I have called FedEx customer service more than 5x and basically lost $200 because the delivery was not made. I wish the customer service people in Providence would explain the process in more detail because FedEx refused to give me a refund and this has caused a lot of headaches and disappointment. My advice—do not send things through FedEx and chose another company with better customer service both in person and on the phone. I had multiple people in the call center hang up on my without resolving the issue. So disappointing…

It is your companies responsibility to make sure packages get to the right places and when that doesn’t happen you get one star. It seems so unnecessary to tell a customer there’s nothing your company can do about a mistake you made. Either refund for the shipping at the very least considering you messed up or at the very least find out what address your incompetent staff did send it to.

If you’re printing a poster and on budget, avoid ordering at the counter: instead, either order online or use the self-service printers (on your left as you walk in). The counter service has a higher rate and the staff simply says I have to pay extra for ordering at the counter.

For over 20 years, this location has given exceptional customer service. Their team members especially Eric and Lisa. I know I can count on FedEx Office Meeting Street to get the job done right on the first time. I wish I would give them 6 stars because of how they go above and beyond.

Tried to send a laptop overnight and it was not delivered on time INSTEAD they said delivery had been attempted but did not leave a door tag *and* the resident was home looking out the window and did not see a FedEx truck at the time of the supposed delivery. So, they lied! I have lost any trust in FedEx and do not plan to ever use their services again.

This location is in a BASEMENT, I scanned time sensitive docs to my email and 20 minutes later I still have not received them. I was told to connect to the guest wifi and even after doing so I haven't received them and they are neither in spam nor trash.

I’ve been to this location more than a dozen times. Depending on when you go, the staff are extremely busy and do the best they can. Early in the morning and before they close are the busiest times I have found. While some might be preoccupied, the majority of them are extremely helpful, and are always doing their best to support the customers. Many of them go out of their way to tape the boxes, and to put the packages together for the customers. I personally go out of my way and utilize this location most because I find them to be most helpful.
