Tried to send a laptop overnight and it was not delivered on time INSTEAD they said delivery had been attempted but did not leave a door tag *and* the resident was home looking out the window and did not see a FedEx truck at the time of the supposed delivery. So, they lied! I have lost any trust in FedEx and do not plan to ever use their services again.

My package has not arrived yet and now they are closed? They said today. Listen, SO NOT EVER SJOP AT FEDEX! They should close this POO down.

This location is in a BASEMENT, I scanned time sensitive docs to my email and 20 minutes later I still have not received them. I was told to connect to the guest wifi and even after doing so I haven't received them and they are neither in spam nor trash.

I’ve been to this location more than a dozen times. Depending on when you go, the staff are extremely busy and do the best they can. Early in the morning and before they close are the busiest times I have found. While some might be preoccupied, the majority of them are extremely helpful, and are always doing their best to support the customers. Many of them go out of their way to tape the boxes, and to put the packages together for the customers. I personally go out of my way and utilize this location most because I find them to be most helpful.

Worst time management. 8 people in line with only two employees at the counter working and the bald guy cliff having a full blown conversation with a customer about nonsense.

Recently throughout COVID, I have needed to ship a few items through this FedEx location. Each time I was lucky not to directly have Cliff, whom I believe is an assistant manager, help me, though I have had to interact with him unfortunately. The first time I was here about a month ago he was NOT wearing any mask. Though not at the counter he was in the building building boxes directly behind the counter. And in our interaction quite rude. The next two times I have been there both this week, he had a mask that did not cover his nose at all, but as he stepped back from the counter, still within sight and near his coworkers he took his mask off. I feel highly uncomfortable with this behavior. The other staff I have worked with have been extremely helpful and thoughtful with their assistance. He is the main reason the stars are low, while the other staff are the redeeming factors.

I just had the worst experience of my life here with the assistant manager. He was wildly unhelpful and decided he’d rather chat with a customer until after 8pm before taking my order then proceeded to tell he couldn’t take my order anymore because it was after 8pm. I took an Uber and there was an accident on Thayer my daughter and myself got out and ran to make it on time to get this order to a pregnant woman for her baby shower. She now won’t have it for her special day. I

Workers just weren't wearing masks behind the counter. Couldn't send a check and held me up for 15 mins trying to figure out the computers.

If you have the patience to wait for a long period of time in that place trying to get somebody to help you, you've gone to the right place. If you don't mind being in a crowded place with people with bandanas instead of masks, you've gone to the right place. If you don't mind being treated rudely because there is too many customers, and too few personnel, you've gone to the right place. Since I neither have the patience, nor the desire to be indoors in a crowded place for a long period of time, or the wish to be treated rudely by personnel who has to deal with too many requests from too many people, I will not patronize that establishment anymore. And by the way, the photocopiers are not user friendly, and there is nobody available to help you. Staples in University Heights is an option. I am sure there are many more.
