Kid employees should not be working. 510pm employee on the phone and then went to the register and stood there when the customers looking for assistance. I had to come to here and after she got us the shoes she went directly to the back again. SMH

Visited the store this morning to buy my son a pair of sneakers. The associate asked if we needed help. We showed her a shoe my son was interested in. She told us they didn't have that size but we could try on the one on the wall which was a size smaller than we asked for. It didn't fit and we waited anywhere from 10-12 minutes for her to come back and see how we made out. She never did. There was one other customer in the store who had already made their selection and was already paying. Two of the sales people were giving all their attention to him and a third associate was in the back room. Even when my one year old began getting restless and wife had to take him out of the store to walk around in the mall, my son and I got not even a look in our direction. It was unprofessional, disrespectful, and the cause of us most likely looking elsewhere for our children's sneakers moving forward.
