What a hidden gem. Very comfortable and cozy. I had the potato skillet which was a weekly special. The flavor was bursting in my mouth. Every bite was perfectly seasoned. The service was fantastic too. Looking forward to coming back with friends.

I was so sad when the Thayer Street Francesca's died. I am not a fan of the Providence Place Mall in general but go there occasionally for select stores, which now include Francesca's. I scored some sweet KIND bag reusable totes here. These are high quality totes in cool prints like a ditsy floral and a pink plaid. I got them on sale for buy one get one 60% off. Francesca's often has some good sales and their clearance finds can be great especially on jewelry. Good place for gifts for your fave teen or young adult ladies. I've also scored some great totes and bags and sunglasses at their locations.

I was dressed by Lola and Amy two very fashionable and knowledgeable stylists. They chose a number of different skirts for me, black high heels, and brought different tops to me in the fitting room.

The sales person was very friendly tonight! She helped my daughter and allowed her to try on clothes even when the store was close to closing.

The girl working here tried so hard to be friendly that it completely ruined my shopping experience. Please don't ask me my name when I'm just trying to browse for a new top. She also noticed a shopping bag I was carrying from another store and asked me "oh, what did you get from (name of other store)??". Awkward. I just walked out.
