I have a few bespoke clothes made by Nathan and a few sports jackets and trousers tailored perfectly to my fit, which I find these fine apparels play the main role of both making me happy and gaining my confidence level when facing my audience and clients. I hope everything is alright and look forward visiting again once the store reopens!

I don't even know where to begin with this place....yes it's very unfortunate to hear about the owner passing but at the end of the day business was still up and running, contracts signed for weddings that this place DID NOT ABIDE BY! Went there in March to setup my wedding party and myself a total of 9 suits...meeting was fine,month later did measurements all good,put in a order for pocket square and bow tie samples...then we hear nothing for about a month. We then had someone go by the store to a magical sign saying "vacation" and strange being in the heart of wedding season...so emails and calls and nothing what so ever to finally getting an email ..."you should pick your suits up a.s.a.p" so we get in and long story short what a damn mistake it was buying them...not only did we get screwed on tailoring about 7/9 suits had issues and mine being a major issue...stains on my jacket to everything being about 3-4x bigger even if they do run bigger for adjustments ...clearly whomever did these orders should be out of a job...and of course with this store now closed and eating over 3000$ for terrible suits and now eating more costs to get these "suits" altered correctly...you want to boo whooo about people slamming this small business maybe look in the mirror and realize your lack of communication to letting customers and wedding parties know of the situation instead of leaving people in the dark and absolutely screwed for their wedding...clearly wrong choices for some of the staff they had here and shame on entire company/name for doing what they did to people.

So glad to see this place finally went under. Owner was a know it all and would just slander other stores that sold quality items. Stock was mismatched and garbage, you wouldn't find any well-known lawyers or politicians in there, just those who had BMW Taste on a used Camry budget. Instead of accepting he hired lack luster employees which drove the place into the ground, his responses show he was a fathead.

I’m an old school banker and wear a suit everyday. I’ve bought tons of suits over my career and never have I seen such a horrible selection as I did at Franklin Rogers. I went in there with high hopes and left with only disappointment. The sales staff had no clue what they were talking about and were borderline rude. I had zero confidence if I bought a suit there it’d come out tailored correctly. After reviewing the comments it looks like a made the right decision!

After dealing with them a couple times as apart of prior wedding parties a few years ago and initially having had no issues, we decided to use Franklin Rogers to get the suits and accessories for our wedding. I called to make an appointment for my fiancé/ groomsmen to go get fitted was placed on hold and ultimately hung up on. After calling a few other times I was told no appointment was needed. We went there about 8months before our wedding with the groomsmen and were told we actually did need an appointment but luckily they had time to fit us in so we had a consultation and picked out the suits/ had the initial fitting so they could be ordered dealt with Brandon who was WONDERFUL. Upon leaving my fiancé and I and a few other family members got stuck in their elevator where after an hour we had to exit through a small hole in the ceiling of the elevator with the help of the fire department. Which by the way when we pressed the emergency 911 button in the elevator we were told by whomever answers those caps that they had no idea where we were as the location wasn't registered. The only redeeming thing about the experience was Brandon his customer service was honestly unmatched. He was offering to leave and get us waters from Dunkin' Donuts across the street and was truly concerned and very apologetic. When we were leaving the owner (not sure if he owned the store or the building) came in and was upset that his elevator had to be inspected before it could be back in service and was not concerned with if we were okay or not. Only staying over and over it was bull shit that his elevator had to remain out of service again as this has happened in the past and the elevator was not repaired prior. Fast forward our suits come in and we all get calls 1 by 1 to go back in and we do and their is an issue with every individual suit we placed. From not being able to find the some suits as they were on the sales floor to be sold or telling someone to come in to be fitted and their suit wasn't there at all, to telling us to come pick up our suits and they are altered wrong some suits even still had the pins in them and we're not altered at all and we were told to come pick them up and we're stuck with the pins when they were being tried on again. When it came time to order the bow ties and pocket squares Leslie called us multiple times to confirm what needed to be ordered and said they were on their way for months come to find out she had only ordered a few of them and not all. And had ordered some standard ties instead of the bow ties that we had discussed multiple times because she kept calling us and still got the order wrong. I remember she also told me that im worrying too much because im a bride when I confronted her asking why so many mistakes were being made and she blamed me and said im being too sensitive. They also did not have any record of us paying for our bow ties and suspenders when we had the receipt and had to show them the deduction on our bank statement as they tried to make some of my groomsmen pay twice. Glad to never return back to this store. One groomsmen's pants were hemmed a few inches above the ankle and Leslie told him he didn't know what a fine suit was and that's the way it's supposed to be while refusing to fix it. Meanwhile all the other suits were not hemmed the same way. The week of our wedding my grandma had to let the hem out and fix it as best she could as Leslie told us they had no one to fix it because their seamstress had quit and said it wasn't their issue to solve. Also last few weeks of dealing with them other brides and bridal parties would be at the front desk complaining for their own issues while we were there complaining for our issues but they didn't seem toBut I hope Brandon gets the recognition he deserves as he is the only one who seems like he has a passion for helping people and genuinely wants things to go as smooth as possible, again he was the only redeeming quality about the entire experience.

How to even start… do NOT go to this clown show, especially if you have a wedding!!! Went there recently with a wedding party and the tailoring/ sizing was a complete nightmare. Had to go back 4 times for corrections. Didn’t get the suit back until the week of the wedding and it still didn’t fit. Same issues as the rest of the wedding party. I’m a 34 waist and they ordered pants that were a 48. Second fitting they were probably a 40. It was a nightmare!Against my better judgement I ordered another suit as the first, same suit different color. I figured they’d at least order it a little closer to size… Nope! Ordered some ridiculous suit that wasn’t even close. Had the suit altered in early June, paid in full since they won’t alter till it’s paid. No issue there. They tell me it’ll be a while since it’s wedding season. No big deal. Got a message last week that it was all set. Fast forward to today. I get an insane phone call from an Eastern European stating that my suit needs to be picked up by Friday or it’ll be gone. I tell her I paid for it and she says it didn’t matter it will be gone after Friday and I can’t just leave my suit there. At this point I think it’s a joke. She hangs up on me mid sentence. I call back to verify they are open and drive there. I get there and the door is locked and she has to come let me in. She gets the suit and argues with me that I didn’t pay. I said how would it have been altered if I didn’t pay. She told me I had to show her I paid in my bank account app or I’d have to pay again. It was unreal!!!!DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. They are disrespectful, unprofessional, rude, and horrible tailors!!!!

After shopping here since 2015, it is time to part ways Franklin Rodgers. I've purchased multiple suits, sport coats, had friends' wedding parties purchase suits, as well as referred dozens of people to go here, but no more. I simply cannot comprehend the level of neglect in trying to plan my own wedding party's suits here over the past 4 months.In April my fiancé and I visited the store, selected a suit for the groomsmen and myself for our late September wedding, and had everyone send their measurements to the coordinator. Radio silence for 6 weeks until I get a phone call that the coordinator has left the store (mind you I emailed once a week to check in and get any updates, none of which were responded to). The excuse I got over the phone "we just hadn't gotten around to calling you." The suit order was never placed, it's now May.Fast forward to June 18th, I get a phone call that the suits are in while on a work trip (which I told the previous coordinator about but it was never communicated to anyone else). As soon as I was back in the US I emailed the store on July 6th with a late July date (7/29) to have all the groomsman in for our fitting. I don't hear anything from the store until July 13th, where I get an email from Leslie stating our suits are the wrong style, several sizes are incorrect, and the correct sizes are no longer in stock. One of those sizes happens to be mine, so I have no suit for my wedding. I still cannot comprehend why it took nearly A MONTH for the store to verify the accuracy of the order when the suits arrived in June. There is no excuse. It's July, for a process that started in April, and we are back to square one.I demanded to speak to a store manager, it never happened.I demanded some concessions be made, which was shocking considering the store had offered to do nothing and this was for over $5,000.00 worth of merchandise. Leslie did offer a discount on the suits as well as comping mine, but we'd have to come back down and pick out a different one and start this entire nightmare over again. After thinking it over, we decided we weren't comfortable doing this again and don't trust this store to be able to make our wedding order work. For the amount of money we were going to spend, another store in Boston with better quality Italian suits is giving us the white glove treatment.I have no idea how Franklin Rodgers has gone from a hidden gem to a place devoid of any customer service or common sense. Reading the owner's replies to these reviews only validates our experience and solidifies our choice of taking our wedding suits elsewhere.I will never spend another dime in your store. You've lost my business and my referrals going forward.

For full disclosure, I just purchased a suit at Franklin Rogers, so tailoring is pending. However, so far I would echo what others have said here. Shopping at Franklin Rogers is like going back in time before the internet. Just a really super professional retail experience. I was very impressed.

Bought 2 suits from Franklin Rogers this year. One for a wedding party and one for myself. Both experiences were horrible! At no point in time did I feel like the suit was going to get tailored correctly and at NO point was it! These guys are total clowns! Rude and unprofessional! If your looking to get spots for a wedding do not go to Franklin Rogers. 2 of 6 of the wedding party didn't receive their suits back from the 4th(!!!!) alteration until the week of the wedding. I was fully expecting for it to not get done and to not be in the wedding. Place was horrible!!! Not worth the stress!

Purchasing a suit at Franklin Rogers Ltd is everything suit buying should be. Hugo and Richard were a joy to work with, and they made sure that my suit was perfectly tailored to my needs. They are excellent conversationalists, and take immense pride in their work. I was very impressed with the variety of suits and accessories available in all shapes, sizes, and styles. I purchased a beautiful blue suit that was reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this tremendous boutique to help you look your best!

I would recommend this place for the everyday Joe who wants to impress. Staff is personable /professional, very well dressed & fashion forward and decently priced quality suits.Parking isn’t guaranteed/short walk..but expected downtown.

Lesley made me feel uncomfortable and awkward while trying to return my sons suit I had purchased 3 weeks ago that was never worn or altered. I had called earlier in the day and spoke with Brandon and was told it would be fine to return the suit without any issues. Lesley continued to make me feel guilty for trying to return the suit so I took the suit back and will donate it. After my nieces wedding I’ll never do business with them again! I didn’t not have a slip nor was to sure on the date but I did have the card in hand and asked her if she can look up the card information and her response was NO!! After she was given the approval to reimburse me she then told me to look at my bank statements and at that point I had enough. I don’t feel like she was very professional from the moment I was there for the return.

I used Franklin Rogers for my wedding this year and had an incredible experience. My groomsmen all looked awesome! The tuxes were great, they tailored everything very timely and were accommodating with our requests. Everybody at our wedding complimented how great we all looked in our tuxes. I also just purchased a suit on Black Friday and received great service again. Nathan helped pick out a suit that fit the look I was going for, my budget, and it looked amazing. Would highly recommend visiting Franklin Rogers for your wedding or just for a great suit / tux!
