Horrible service and had to wait 45 minutes just to get the plywood cut. Also any one we asked did not help would say they would get an associate to help and no one came. When we got help for cutting the plywood, the employee was rude and messed up the plywood three times.

Rent a truck here if you don't actually need a truck rental, but really just want them to ruin your plans for the truck reservation by cancelling 12 hours prior to the scheduled pickup. ...Then Home Depot "thanks me for my loyalty"...Surely they're kidding if they think I'll be continuing to use their service.Be careful out there. Give your business to the places that EARN your business.

This manager is… entitled? I never ever see her. The one time I did, I needed her help and she let me know that “I don’t need to come to this store there are other Home Depot’s” I asked her name and she gladly let me know, “Kayla Merellees”. Ridiculous.

Until today I've always preferred Home Depot to Lowe's or anywhere else for that matter. I own a construction company and have probably spent over $30,000 there in the last 30 days (So I do a fair amount of business with them). Yesterday I went to the Providence location to look at buying a new Weber Grill. I noticed that one of the nicest Weber grills was on sale for 50% off ($1,699 down to $850). when I went to purchase it I was told they were out of stock at that location. I asked the customer service person to check nearby stores for it. She was able to find 6 at the Warwick location. I then asked her to call and have one put aside for me since I'm a commercial pro xtra customer. When I get to Warwick and look at the grill, I see that the price in Warwick is still $1,699, so I asked for the sale price and showed the manager the white sale tag from providence. I was then told that it was a clearance item in providence but not one in Warwick so the price is the regular price. I showed the manager the the tag was actually a white sale tag and not a yellow clearance tag and that the price should be honored. I was told it was probably a mistake and if I wanted to buy the grill it would be the full price. I left rather upset and very unhappy. unfortunately even though I use to prefer Home Depot over Lowe's, I will not never shop at Home Depot again since this is how they show they value there larger commercial pro xtra customers or any customer for that matter. FALSE ADVERTISING AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I have attached pictures of the Weber Grill sale tag as well as what 2 examples of clearance tags from the sale store.

This rating is just for the paint department. Seems like most of the time they don't know what to do and people around me have left or complained. I've been waiting for 45 mins at the same spot and there's only one person working. There needs to be 2 or more people on deck because customers have many questions or needs that may take more than 10 minutes per person. Although I have been waiting, I have also been skipped over for people who came after me and usually I'm just waiting for a simply question to be answered or a quick service. There is no order or no line to form. A total waste with no acknowledgment even when they said they would be right with me.
