Honest, straightforward and trustworthy. I've now brought two cars here that I had been told by dealers needed thousands in work to fix (basically, remove the codes). German Motors did a thorough assessment and provided recommended repairs that addressed the issues completely and saved me so much money. I highly recommend.

If I could, I would give ZERO stars for their phone manners. The lady who answered the phone was very rude and refused to identify herself. Needless to say, they don’t deserve my business.

I brought my 1988 BMW M5 to have it diagnosed for a coolant leak. The technician allowed a large amount of coolant to leak into the cabin of the car, and drench the driver's side floor with anti freeze. This car is a collectable, and the current value has decreased greatly.

I was surprised by their honesty, my car was making a sound when turning the wheels and they told me what it was right away, in another shop they would have kept the car and lye about the problem to make more money.
