We had an "ok" experience. On a Saturday at prime time, the restaurant seemed under staffed. No hostess at the door. Meals came out staggered with not even an acknowledgement that they were so. Server not very knowledgable about the beer/wine offerings. Item appeared on our check that was out of stock. I ordered a burratta/arugula/tomato entree salad that had maybe one cup of arugula and a 1/4 of a sliced tomato. I got the impression they ran out of ingredients because it did NOT look like the same salad that the table next to me had (though it was supposed to be). Thank goodness I had asked for chicken to be added. Will not be rushing back.

Great experience from the time we walked in and were immediately seated (we had a reservation) to the responsiveness of our server to the quality of the food. My only gripe was the limited selection of beers on tap.

It's tough to get seated at any restaurant when the PC Friars have home games but we were able to get a table on this night before a big game. Service was great and the chicken sandwich was so delicious! We will be back

Decided to go to Barnaby‘s before a show at the Providence performing arts center. Our server was very attentive and had great suggestions. Wish their wines and beers were printed so we could actually see what we would order. Thinking that their tap is not used often as we were eating in December and they still had a pumpkin/Seasonal beer. Food was really great.

Barnaby's is one of our go-to spots before a play and they never disappoint. Great pretzel appetizers and awesome BBQ burgers and fries. Very attentive service and just a super cool place to hang out in. We literally got our food in 10 minutes!

My reservation was for 5:15. The door was locked at 4:59 and I rechecked at 5:01 and it remained locked. I saw two employees chatting inside. Neither bothered to gesture me to remain. So I left and cancelled my reservation and ate next door. Not good

Reservations and seating was quick and easy. The music was great. We sat by the windows. The food was good. The French toast was delicious. I wish the portions were bigger. Chicken and waffles were ok. The chicken was dry however the waffle was delicious. Bottomless mimosas were great. The server seemed bothered by us even tho it was slow. Out of 10 he would get a 8 he just seemed anxious or jittery after a while. He was overall attentive but just seemed bothered by us.

One more wait staff person would have made the service more efficient. There was a noticeable strain on the efficiency of the service with the wait at the bar for getting orders taken and for getting the check.

We eat here every month before a ppac show and food is always delicious. Service amazing. And cocktails. Such delicious cocktails. ! It's a small place so make a reservation if you are going to be in a hurry. Great place. Highly recommend !

Reserved a large party ahead of time but they only had one real waitress. Some meals came before appetizers and drinks. Not the waitress fault she was lovely but very understaffed and food tasted just ok. Bbq burger was good but the apps and drinks were just ok.

Food was delicious and mixed drinks were superb! Menu is not huge, but had what we wanted. Very nice looking restaurant with wood walls and tin ceiling. Definitely would recommend!

We went when there was a concert so it was packed and our food took a little while but it was SO worth the wait. The food was delicious, we had the kung pao Brussel sprouts, the dirty tostones, and the chipotle pistachio salsa between the two of us and had leftovers to take home. Staff was very friendly. The butter beer was sweet and tasty. Worth the visit!

Limited menu selection and food was just fair. We were literally the only ones in the place and service was still slow. We asked why it was so quiet and were told in summer people tend to eat closer to the river, but the restaurant next door was jam packed.

From the moment we rolled into the door, the staff are so welcoming & made our day amazing! We stayed for a while & enjoyed the good vibes, good food, & great drinks! We will be back soon!!

The food was really good, but all of our meat was overcooked. Drinks were fun and tasty. Although it had potential to be a hype spot, it was very neutral. Which is nice, but we went for a birthday and was hoping to get a little more entertainment out of it. Overall, I would definitely go again.
