Before I begin this review I would like to say that the family who owns this shop are very nice people & were very helpful throughout this entire ordeal. My car was towed by them mid January. Right after I picked up my car from there yard I noticed the battery kept dying. I realized a few days after this that my rear left brake light was staying on even when the car was off. After some research I noticed online that my make/model car has a fuse box in the back by the tow bar. So this was most likely damaged during the towing process which has left me in a bit of a bind. My vehicle dies every night now & it’s been hectic with this whole Washington bridge situation. Again very nice family but this has been very stressful.

Very satisfied with the service. Richard was very professional on the phone. Gave me an estimate of 20 minute arrival and the tow arrived in 10 minutes. Matt was very professional on arrival and dropped off my car a destination with no damages. Definitely recommend.

My car broken down last night February 16 I called my roadside assistance for a tow they said it was going to be a half hour or a hour to have someone can come out the Dispatcher called me and said the driver is on it way the driver Jose was a really nice and friendly guy he told care of the Mazda with care I am so happy with my service and 100 recommend them to anyone thank you GRASSO’S towing service
