I arrived in the office it was busy of course the customer service here is amazing I give kuddos to Sabrina Wright she was professional went about and beyond especially being treated unprofessional by 2 insurance adjusters from progressive insurance she did stop until I was in vehicle.. you rock Sabrina thanks for all your amazing help

I reserved and paid for a car at this location. Received a last second call from this location cancelling the reservation saying they didn't have any cars available. Was shorted funds when they issued the credit. Initially they said no more credit was due, then admitted they did owe me the remaining amount. After 5 phone conversations with management, being told they would take care of the credit, and being put on hold for 45 minutes the management at this location said they were unable to issue the remaining credit. Highly disappointed Hertz would allow such bad customer service.

GREAT Hertz experience. Where other Hertz car rentals have failed us, this one was fantastic. Sabrina was awesome! Super friendly and helpful!!! While some times renting a car can be stressful, she made this a breeze. ~ thank you from California

A wise man once said *Anyone can take a reservation. The trick is holding it.*
10th anniversary trip to RI. Had to reserve a car online same day. Hertz let me reserve a car but had NO CARS. But, did let me wait around the office like a schmuck for a couple of hours without clearly communicating that, letting me think someone was on the way from a other location, until I was finally told it was not going to happen.
Hertz, you treated me like a walk in at a fully booked restaurant. Except I made a reservation! Don't let people reserve a car, come all the way to your location ($$ on uber) and waste their time. Tech and operations issues. Everyone down the line needs to get it together.

I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Sabrina Wright at Hertz, and I can’t say enough positive things about her! Despite the office being closed, Sabrina stayed an entire hour past closing time to make sure I was fully taken care of—talk about dedication! Throughout the whole process, she remained incredibly professional, helpful, and supportive, guiding me step-by-step until I walked away with the perfect rental car. Her genuine kindness and commitment to exceptional service truly made a stressful situation much easier. Sabrina is an outstanding manager associate and a shining example of customer care. Hertz is lucky to have her on their team, and I’m so grateful for her help!

They had one person all day handling the entirety of the day to day operation. While she was very nice, it made for a very inconvenient experience. It took us over an hour to get our car and when we got it, we realized it was filthy and in rough shape. They need to have at least 2 people at the counters and an additional person handling the turnover of the cars. The person behind us in line was told to come back in 2.5hrs after she had already been waiting 45 mins.
I understand the predicament the sole employee was in and she was doing what she could, but it’s unacceptable to have to go through that when you made a booking in advance. Will not be going back ever again.

The staff are very helpful and dedicated. The internet went out and they still found a way to get me into my reserved car without a wait!
