This place is not enough aura, I walked in and no personal servant? like what? I’m very disrespected by this place.

I was immediately drawn to the display when I entered the store. The clothes are of great quality and offer excellent value for money. The staff are very knowledgeable about styling—all the sets they recommended fit perfectly. The prices are transparent with no hidden tricks, and they carefully folded the clothes when packing them. I’ll definitely come back next time!

terrible customer service, you ask something and pretend they don't hear you and make a bad face, especially a woman with black hair who works there

The store is okay. It's not for me. It's definitely geared towards a younger crowd, not a 41-year-old. My teenage daughter found something she'd like though.

I really love the store and the employees and all the products that they have there. I wish the wage was up a little.

This store has some really cool clothing....when I go.....I spend time in the Men's section, so I have no comments on the Women's side. The styles are really trendy and youthful. The store is a bit dark for my taste but I guess that is their look. It gives the feel of a beachy, relaxed, easy place. Hollister is owned by Abercrombie & Fitch Co, selling apparel, accessories, and fragrances. Hollister uses a narrative of being founded in 1922 in Hollister, California; however, it was founded in 2000 in Ohio by Abercrombie. The first Hollister store opened on July 27, 2000 at the Easton Town Center in Columbus, Ohio. Four additional test stores opened following in Overland Park, Kansas, Buford, Georgia, Canoga Park, California, and Paramus, New Jersey. Although Hollister Co. was founded in 2000, Abercrombie & Fitch has created a fictional history surrounding its founder. According to this history, John Hollister, Sr. emigrated from New York City to the Dutch East Indies, and established the company bearing his name upon returning to the United States and settling in California in 1922. A&F spokesperson Hampton Carney stated about Hollister, "We're not going after the 'core surfing market. It's more about the lifestyle and inspiration, rather than the actual activity." Still, it's a big draw for the college crowd and yuppies, as I see them many times I go in.

Love this hollister store! The workers are always so helpful to get different sizes, find styles I'm looking for, match items purchased at other stores to their clothes, special requests like getting something off of the mannequin or checking inventory. Just great all around. They keep a clean and organized store with lots of inventory. No trouble with returning or exchanging online or in store purchases.
