I had a wonderful experience at J.McLaughlin today. I was looking for a men's shirt and the new manager Ana greeted me warmly and helped me find the perfect fit. She was very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. She even gave me some tips on how to style the shirt with different accessories. I left the store feeling happy and satisfied with my purchase. I was in Wayland Square with my mother who needed some outfits for her trip to the Philippines. Walked into J.McLaughlin and Sarah, the sales associate, was so helpful and friendly. She showed us a variety of styles and colors that suited my mother's taste and budget. She also gave us some tips on how to pack and care for the clothes. We left the store with some beautiful pieces that my mother can't wait to wear on her vacation. Wonderful experience at the store.Thank you, Sarah and Ana!

Flattering, great quality clothes, displayed making it easy to shop...just a lovely store. The gentleman who worked with me today was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, yet not intrusive. Perfect experience & I have new lovely pieces that are good for casual and dressier.

Just went to the beautiful new store. But was super disappointed. There were hardly any sizes in the styles they had. The computer system was down. When I went to purchase items, I literally could not buy them as the system never came up. There was no back up way to purchase. So, I had to leave with nothing. So sad
