Joshua was very informative as he explained what work my vehicle needed. He took the time to explain what each thing would cost, the time it would take and whether it was just a good idea or needed to be done soon. The work overall took about 30 minutes and he was super kind the entire time. Highly recommended this location.

BEWARE this place is a scam! I got totally ripped off. They suggested work I didn’t need and then didn't even do the work they charged me for. I also had a coupon that was never applied to my bill.
I’m disappointed because I usually love and trust Jiffy Lube, but this location is VERY different from others. They definitely took advantage of me. DO NOT make my mistake.

Beware stay clear. The oil change is a fly trap used to solicit big jobs through scare and fear tactics. I thought to stop by for a quick oil change but was so scared I went right to my regular mechanic. My car was fine, it's something he has been monitoring and I was assured it was fine. He changed the oil on the spot for a fraction of the price. I guess this is a common practice at that location. I give two stars for them getting me in quick though.

went in for an oil change, dude who checked me out was super nice but forgot to put a crush washer on my oil pan so ive been leaking oil since the change….

They got the car in quick, explained the difference between the oils, and other things they checked like air filters. I felt pretty pressured to have them change the air filter. That was not comfortable. When I was done and walking out the door, one of the guys yodel/screeched and all the guys that worked there laughed. That made me uncomfortable because my son told me they do things like that to make fun of customers. My car was pretty overdue for that oil change and that's prob what it was, but maybe not. I won't go there again. I will wait for a mechanic to be available at Rex Auto in Attleboro, Ma. Their prices were a lot cheaper than Jiffy Lube, too, but I wanted to get it done today. Live and learn.

The service team took my car in at 5 pm with an hour until the shop closed at 6 pm. They explained everything my car needed right away (oil change, filters & brake fluid) and what I needed soon (new brake pads & tire rotation). -TL
