My friend returned some belongings of mine that were stored here and they are heavily water damaged and moldy. Apparently the owners were also extremely rude to them and belongings were sorted through and missing. After going through a bunch of the reviews on here it sounds like this is common here. Pretty awful.

This company stole shoes and other of my personal items from the move I hired them for and they have a lack of accountability. Was told by one of the workers that they get no lunch breaks no benefits there boss don't care for there own employees and not only that the truck they put my belongings has no inspection I bet it's not even safe to drive I recommend nobody goes to them they should be shut down for good I'm going to look to look into getting the D.O.t evolved I know this company is not fully professional and I'm going go8ng to make sure they get what's coming from them

My daughter hired this company and the people they sent stole from her $3000 that she had hided between her stuff, also they stole from her friend with who she was sharing her apartment around $1000 and personal documenta, be careful when u hire this company, they are not company u can trust, they hire thieves

Excellent moving experience. The guys were friendly and helpful with all the details like taping up boxes at the last-minute and taking apart and then putting the beds together. A stressful day made a bit less stressful by their good cheer. Thanks Jones!

Rip off company. They charge you for the employees to sit and chat in the truck. Terrible, do not go with this company!

Excellent! All the movers were professional as well as pleasant and helpful. I was stressed out and they were prepared and so careful with my difficult pieces. They had to move everything through a small alley and try o a second floor. Professionals all the way. Thank you!!!

I had a very difficult move. I had to leave all my belongings in storage because I moved to LA. My life has been in storage for the last four years. It's been at Jones Moving and Storage. I flew back to empty my storage. First, they were amazing while my items were in storage. A few times I had to switch credit cards. They were very understanding. Today went so smoothly I'm in shock and awe. Andy did my paperwork. James, Marcus and Derrick emptied my storage space helping me separate what I was taking and what I was leaving behind to be donated. They all were incredibly nice, polite and truly helped me end a very difficult chapter of my life. They had me laughing and smiling when I thought I would be crying. They do not know how much I needed their kindness. Thank you so much!

I am an interior designer in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and I was tasked with getting a 320 lb sleeper sofa to a client in Rhode Island. Jones movers was quick to answer, they received, inspected and delivered the sofa promptly and my client was happy with them as well...and they're affordable. I will gladly use them again and would recommend their services.

They have a tie up with RISD so I took their plan A. They were super nice especially the people who came to pick up the stuff. Even on call they would always pick up. They could be more punctual and precise with the timings.
