This place is super expensive and incredibly busy on Sundays. Better prices at Metro Nails in Fox Point and Super Nails in East Providence.

They want to offer a new pedicure menu. And have pedicure started 25.00 but they don't want to be sanitary and give you a plastic bag over the bowl if you don't get the pedicure that's more than $25. Since they added the new menu their service has gone down so bad they've become so cheap and they want you to get the $75 pedicure in order to get good service they don't even use anything to to attempt to remove callus from your heels they've gotten so greedy and cheap I will never go there again which is very sad after going there repeatedly for over a year!

The nail tech I went to left a big gap between my nail polish and cuticle. I took these pictures as soon as I got into the car. I will be going back tomorrow and hopefully they will fix it.
Update: they fixed it!! Which was nice :)

My kid and I just had one mani and one pedi. The women's the salon were awesome. The results are nice and the people kind. Seemed clean as well. It's reasonably priced. I will return.

Tired of paying these people to do less than the bare minimum. Im to the point I will get my own stuff to do my pedicure on my own. Some of the ladies give you attitude when you tell them something you dont like about the nails which is not ok because you all are providing service. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and kept going but it was a huge mistake, waste of time and money I would not recommend them.

Made an appointment and was seen promptly on a Saturday morning. My husband and I got a classic pedicure - wonderful customer service. Not pushy on sales it was a relaxing environment.
Cash preferred, but accept credit cards. Tips are cash only!

Who knew this gem would be in this quiet neighborhood. First time at this nail spa and let me tell you the did not disappoint. I was completely satisfied. Anne was my nail tech and she executed the assignment. Very efficient and pays attention to detail. I asked for a simple French pedi and an ombré French acrylic set. Prices were reasonable. Will be going back and highly recommend.

I've been to three nail salons on Hope St, and Justina's is my favorite. Best selection for nail polish/gels/powders (and well organized, too), and by far pay the most attention to detail. I've never left disappointed!

They are all kind and do a great job. There are no frills like some of the other nail salons but the pricing reflects that. It’s a great local business and I would recommend them happily.

Best nails in Rhode Island!
I'm 3 weeks in and the nails have not chipped and are going strong. The design was done perfectly and this is now my go-to spot for nails

The reviews for this place have me so confused...For starters, I went here to get my nails done while I visiting from out of state. I Picked this place based on the good reviews but I was left with cut up fingers and and iffy manicure job.
For background, I came in with Gel X on my nails, which I explained to the person doing my nails that I've gotten these types of nails before for so many years, and I knew she wasn't really sure how to best remove them so I told her that they need to break the gel seal and then let them soak in acetone. I'm not sure if she didn't understand me or just ignored me but that was a huge turn off for me.
When I was asked to pick a color, I was rushed and settled for a color.
When it came to removing my gel x, now again, I knew that they didn't really know how to work with these nails, but I told them that the way they get removed it to drill off the top seal and then soak them. They didn't listen. They just shaved down the nails until she ALMOST hit the nail bed. Mind you this was also very painful. It wasn't until then that the manager (or who I thought was the manager) stepped in and asked me if I wanted her to keep going or to leave a little bit of the gel x on so she doesn't actually hit the nail bed. At this point I explained how to remove the nails and they FINALLY listened and soaked them.
When it came to the manicure part of things, my cuticles have never been so cut up before. More than 50% of my fingers are badly cut and my fingers hurt so bad...

One of the best manicures I’ve gotten in Providence! $30 for gel and Litta did this in half an hour flat. Fast, well priced, and great attention to detail— what’s not to love?
One note: They only accept cash tips!
