The Life Storage facility off of Federal Hill provided an easy storage finding experience with a wide range of sizes. Jenelle was a difference maker with her knowledge and putting together my vague descriptions with a correct storage size, very friendly and she kept the inside really clean and well-organized. Fare price per square foot for inside city limits. Thanks Jenelle!

Great Climate controlled storage. Very pleased with size and cleanliness of the Unit. Several rolling Dollie’s so convenient to move good easily. Access 7 days a week. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage in Providence RI.

In January I rented a 10x20 for $121 a month (web rate special). In April they raised my rate to $200. In September, $300. They can raise the rate at any time for any amount as long as they give you a month or so notice. It's a nice facility but I'm shocked at what has happened. Today, a 10x10 unit is more than I was paying 9 months ago for twice the size. I'm not angry, just really disappointed.

I just left your facility and the store manager, Jenelle, was awesome to work with! Very kind and informative. You can tell she really cares about the place. She helped me choose which size unit to rent and showed me aroun. She let me know that if I needed anything I could text her directly! To be honest I wasn't expecting that great of service. Thank you so much Jenelle! You made this process so easy!

Upon arrival, the building is very clean and well maintained. The site manager Jenelle amicably assisted me and directed me to my unit; from set up to move in she is a great guide and support. Jenelle explained all info in regard to payments in full detail, she provided great assurance and is incredibly professional. Though it was temporary, I recommend life storage and see myself renting again if needed in the future!
