The employee in fragrance has a snotty attitude. She's an older lady. I like to test perfumes without employees breathing down my neck. I prefer Boscovs. I went there right after and tested virtually every sample there without being bothered. Sometimes a customer just wants to browse without pressure to buy. The store is so empty I don't know how they even stay open to pay the light bill.

Customer service NEEDS HUGE IMPROVEMENT. There has been so many times where I have simply wanted to return an item and the workers here have been so disgustedly rude to me especially the woman with the scarfs. It’s like they hate their jobs and love to rush when the store is EMPTY!
In addition especially as a colored person, I do not feel welcomed in this macys. IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB,QUITE

Clothing and shoe sizes were limited. Otherwise, somethings were nice. Easy returns.

It's very difficult to find anything. I didn't see a single store directory, and I had to try three floors before I found any staff. I expect department stores to have directories by every escalator and lift. They also need more staff to tidy, since a lot of merchandise was lying on the floor.
