I wanted to take a moment and share the wonderful experiences that I have had as a Marc Allen customer. I would like to specifically mention Colin Ward for being a true professional who is passionate about men's fashion and has a keen knowledge of the myriad offerings at M.A. In addition he is excellent at finding the right custom fabrics and very skilled at measuring for the perfect custom fit. Colin's customer service is exemplary. He has accommodated my schedule by meeting me in both Boston and Vermont for custom measuring and fitting. And he's a great guy to boot! Marc Allen is a gem of a store and Colin is a true asset. Thank you!

I've been relying on Colin and the MA team for years for my suits. They are A+++ in my book. As a short guy, finding a suit that fits is hard work. I'd tried other tailors and studio-style setups, but the results were always wrong and discouraging and lousy ROI -- never again. The Marc Allen is experience is like going to a comfortable clubhouse, having a hang with old friends, and leaving with immaculate clothing that fits perfectly.

I’ve had the good fortune of shopping at some of the finest men’s stores in the US and Europe. There is no finer store for custom and off the rack clothing than at Marc Allen. I’ve been shopping there for 20 years. Great clothes, great service, kind people.
Colin, who has been looking after me for going in 10 years knows what works not just what sells. Rarely does a sales person build a lasting relationship which is more than the sale. He doesn’t hesitate to reach out when on a buying trip to offer up new ideas and pieces I might like. As important as the quality and the relationship is his ability to take feedback which only enhances the relationship.

Marc Allen is Rhode Island’s premier menswear shop, and there really isn’t much competition. Josh put together spectacular outfits for my wedding & rehearsal dinner, customizing everything down to the stitching on my shoes.
Whether going full custom or off the rack, Josh has been able to source a variety of incredible pieces for me. His ability to identify one’s taste is that of a veteran clothier.
Will, Marc and the rest of the team are exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and helpful as well.

This is not your everyday men's shop by any means. Entry is by definition an act of indulgence. That being said, expect great service and to feel pretty good about how you look on the way out. Place to go when only the best will do......
