I wasn’t even planning to buy a mattress that day, but his expertise and honest guidance made me confident in my decision. This was our third time purchasing mattresses thru Mattress Firm and it was a wonderful experience all 3 times. Salesmen listened got us what we wanted & today everything was in stock so we were able to set up our daughters room with a complete new bedroom set.

Went here to find a proper pillow that doesn’t murder my neck. Got to try all types of pillows on different mattresses, and the sales rep eagerly helped me with each one. Got the pillow I wanted for 40 cheaper than online (around 20% off) with shipping.
The pillow itself hasn’t arrived yet but considering that’s technically a different brand, I can say that this business and store was very professional and great to work with, especially the staff.

I am social worker in Providence and was helping a client purchase a bed. My client took a fall outside the store and upon entering we were met by Dan who immediately stepped in to help us by providing band-aid and alcohol preps. After he was sure my client was well then he assisted us again in finding the right bed for my client. Dan went above and beyond what his position requires. I cannot thank you enough for showing us compassion and humanity.
