“I had an emergency situation with an oxygen concentrator issued to me upon being discharged from a hospital stay while on vacation out of state. The product was defective, battery failed, and only worked while plugged in. Based upon the hospital stickers on the device it appears that the product may have been in storage at the hospital.When It was determined that the best way to remedy the situation was to contact the neatest AdaptHealth the entire ordeal and process was remedied in lightening speed time. “I had an appointment at Rotech yesterday for a c-pap machine. Everyone at Rotech was so kind - including when I called to make appointment, the front desk person, Fran the Respiratory Therapist and the Manager, Al. I was very apprehensive about starting with a sleep apnea device but Fran was so reassuring and knowledgeable. Her patience with me was greatly appreciated. Great location and easy parking too. (I usually never leave reviews for anything.) On another note, my car had an issue in the parking lot and Al offered to help!”

“Kent DME did suffer from being understaffed for a while.BUT !!! They are back to being a great DME company.I visited to resolve a few issues and Corinne took care of EVERYTHING. It wasn't easy to find what I needed but she wouldn't quit until she found what I needed and took care of me. They are able to answer the phone more often and are adding another customer service person soon. The respiratory therapist are genuine wonderful professionals with great personalities.I will be recommending them to everyone.”

“I am changing my review from a 1 to a 4 since they are under new management. The culture is changing, they are filtering out poor staff, and they are doing everything they can to HELP clients. This is a tricky business. When our wheelchairs break it’s a bit more important than an appliance or a new toy. It’s our life that breaks. The new staff seems to get that.”

“I just got a delivery today that was supposed to be yesterday, for some reason there was a mix up in the office say I never called, but would make a special delivery today. Well the gentleman that delivered my tanks today, Tony was so awesome. I was so impressed with him. My five stars are for him not for the office I would give them a 2 or 3.”

“Awesome drug/convenience store. Has that old school pharmacy vibe and the staff are always super nice. Store is also super organized which is a rarity compared to most of the other places in this area. Highly recommend them over mainstream drug stores (CVS, Rite-aide, etc.). It's a shame COVID caused some of the bad reviews online because this place certainty does not deserve it.”
