“10 Stars!! I called at 11:50 on a Saturday when they closed at 12:00 - I desperately needed a lift chair recliner before the blizzard of 2026!! The storm was just days away and the store would be closed for the next several days - Teresa blew me out of the water!! Not only did she quickly place my order but… her magic tag team husband and son delivered the recliner that day within an hour!!! And disposed of the old chair too!! “Very helpful and knowledgeable. I called ahead and Jim told me what was available and the price range. We were looking for a rollator, and my mother was able to try them out. Nothing quite worked, but he helped me find one by the same manufacturer that met her needs. l felt really bad about not buying from him! He was very gracious about it. We will definitely go back if we need anything else.”
