Last month I had made the decision to go with Metro PCS, so I ended up going to the Providence Place Mall location. I was greeted by an employee named Saimary. I wanted to go back to an IPhone, so she said that she could give me a deal for $200. The deal consisted of an IPhone 13, case, privacy glass (which she gave me the regular clear glass, NOT the Privacy Glass) and obviously the plan. Long story short, she never told me what plan I was getting (she automatically charged me for the $90m plan) and she had put my account name in another person’s name!!! Needless to say that I cannot sign into my Metro account bc it is NOT IN MY NAME NOR I DO NOT KNOW THE PIN TO THE ACCOUNT!!
My fault for not asking about the plans, but she didn’t tell me what she was doing either, also what was the point of me giving her my license if she made my account in some other person's name??

My husband went here to get phone service since he was a new customer he got a promo 1 phone and two tablets a month ago today. I noticed my bill was $150 went back here to find out why he was being charged $150 and come to find out he was being charged for his free phone service. We brought the free to the store because they needed to shoot a code or something. The young guy fixed the issue. When I got to car I realized my phone wasn’t given back so I went back and another employee told us the guy took the phone with him and is coming back to return the phone. We waited 45 minutes for him to give us the phone back outside the box it came in. This is theft and if it wasn’t for us going back after realizing he didn’t returned he would had kept it. He was already clocked out and took the phone back to his place. What type of people do you guys having working in n Metro pcs? we where about to call the police for theft. We went to the providence place mall Metro pcs

Terrible customer service went in today to purchase new phone when I over heard the way an employee was talking to another customer & I felt disgusted. The sign clearly stated the phone was free but the employee insisted it was fully price and even tried to up charge and add in accessories I walked right out after that and went to Verizon. Please spend your money elsewhere because you will not be treated like a customer!!! Management needs to do better training as the person who was disrespectful to customers was calming to be “Manager” would not recommend!!! Wish there was 0 stars option.

Terrible customer service they will lie to you saying the phone isn’t free just to charge you for multiple accessories. They are stealing from customers!!!!! Will not recommend. I would give 0 stars if I could. Better training is needed!!! Especially with the employee who calms to be a “ manager” sorry excuse for retail store corporate was contacted!!

I went there February 7 2025 in the morning
. Lady working there discriminated against me, assumed my race and was treating me indifferently.She had 0 customer service, was rude, did not tell me about the process of making a repair claim, was assisting another client while assisting me like she could not even be done with that other client. She gave me an attitude and everything. I want to file a complaint against her

The young girl here is so rude super disrespectful she has the worst customer service in the world she is not a good fit for Metro not even mcdonalds she needs to learn how to talk to people and smile though the phone metro needs better workers. Crazy cause it's the mall and hoilday seasons where the Spirt.

BEST METRO AROUND!!!! Nancy, Mister, and Gabriel were excellent today and Nancy went above and beyond to fulfill her duties and helping me the customer out today!! Amazing service on Nancys part. Prestigious manager of all time!!!

The associate lied to me and said I would first have to pay my bill before removing the insurance. And he lied and never removed the insurance. I was charged for something I had asked multiple times to be removed from my account.

Website says they close at 8 on Friday night. They closed at 7. The location at 395 Admiral St in Providence is open until 8 tonight. Strange the one in the mall would close earlier. I wish I saw Michael's post from two months ago. A 45 min drive would have been avoided. That's a great look for a CORPORATE store. Wow! How can someone have faith in your services when there's an issue with management?

Yes I had the worse experience with metro at the Mall because the manger that activated my phone made my service messed up and kept me on hold for 15 minutes now this is ridiculous I been a loyal customer for 14 years now never had an issue
