Toby V is a great guy. He did excellent work o hope he's there ever time I go. Friendly straight to the point and gave me info I didn't even know I needed. He's doing great things over there. I appreciate his hard work he made me feel right at home we need more people like him in other customers services jobs.

I was very satisfied with my visit to this store Ed I think his name was extremely helpful I went in there with my grandmother and he went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right plan and phone I was convinced this guy was the real deal he was a professional sales man with excellent customer service skills I would recommend anyone going to this location getting the best experience with metro they ever had in there life just ask for Ed

Got a new iPhone only had the 12 so I bought it and then got the wrong screen protector then phone crashes constantly I wanted a refund and was told no. I didn’t even upgrade but the girl put it down as an upgrade when I just purchased the iPhone out right. So bogus plus at time of sale asked to be able to refund and return policy was told 14 days I’m still in that 14 days. Very unhappy

She patiently explained that my Mobile Phone was one of the best and I will be returning to getting a great discount on a much needed Tablet....

They make you pay more at this locationBy adding things you don’t get. They purchase accessories with consumers money and they tell you its to lower your activation fee and on top you don’t get the accessories they keep it. Its all fraud with these ladies here

Marissa and Holly from the 190 Newport AV in Providence RI was very friendly, patience and helpful they helped us fixing a big problem. Someone without any reason cancel our three lines and left us without phone for few hours we just got some text saying our lines were cancel and we have to pay immediately some money. We went to the store and MARISSA AND HOLLY MADE SOME CALLS AND WERE HELPING US FOR OVER 2 HOURS VERY PATIENTLY AND WILLING TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM actually after struggling talking to other metro costumer service superiors they did fix the problem and give us back our cellphone lines back with a better plan and they even avoided us to pay some extra feeds we had to pay. We where really thankful that was the best costumer service ever by far we where so happy that we even bought 2 new phones. Thank you so much to metro for having this king of great people helping the costumer great job. God bless you girls!

Worst place ever. They always trying make me pay more than what i shouldn't. They greedy af at this location. I rather drive 10mins to an other location instead of heading to this location which is 1min away from where i live. Smh
