Free Tablet Promotion: Be careful when you go to the store.
If you don’t understand English, please translate this to Español. Inform yourselves, there was a woman whom shall not be named for private purposes, who had to get educated by MetroPCS corporate for a promotion on a tablet. Be advised, when they say no returns there are returns.Si si puede! i’m not sure if it’s the culture of the store to say no returns for promotions however, I would recommend the store to inform their workers that returns are possible. Do not let the store workers tell you no. Look out for your elderly and make a call to contact support immediately in the store if you feel swindled especially if it is your elderly people. Predatory practice 0 points. 1 point for corporate on having my back as it should be for everyone.
The part that made my blood boil started when my Wife’s mom called us in the Metro store about purchasing it but we told her to return it as there was no use for it. She was at the register on speaker phone and the audacity of the Metro cashier to tell us through the phone rudely was “that sales are final as it is a promotion”. Who even are you to act so authoritative? Better yet, her attitude during my arrival; confronted by myself was smug and set on being right even when she was being told to refund us by Metro support. 14 day refund for a reason, the fine print never lies.

Alright so I went to the metro I bought my last phone at to try and get a upgrade. Tried online multiple times Trying to get the deals im seeing online but since I'm already a "established customer" I have to go to a physical location to upgrade. U would think being a established customer was a good thing that came with some perks.No! I get to the store dude tells me I have to pay full price for the upgraded phone I wanted ($800.00)unless I open a new line or change my number. Like what? But if I was a new customer coming from another provider I could get the phone I wanted for only 34$ a month on top of my cell service.basically pay over time. But since I'm a "established customer" I have to pay full price on the spot ? Make that make sense.long story short I left the store went to another service provider got the phone I wanted for 300$ cheaper. Ended up buying the phone outright there (galaxy s24).kept my same number after transferring it to new provider .And pay the same a month for unlimited talk text and data hotspot clout storage and free HBO max . Metro u lost a long lasting customer over 6 years because you choose to prioritize new customer acquisition rather than taking care of your current loyal customers . 50$ a month for 6+ years there's no way I should be getting worst deals than a new customer I'm sorry.Me as a "established customer" should be privileged to a better advanced device before a new customer.

Absolute worst staff ever. Employee lied about an exchange of a phone that was only 3 months old. Refused to let me speak with a manager. Treats customers like trash so unprofessional.

Best Metro PCS store I have ever been to, and I've been to a few!!! Tina and Christian will go out of their way to help you and make sure you get the best service you can possibly get? I could not believe how smooth things went and I regret wasting my time at the other Dorrance street store in downtown providence. Trust me, you will be better off going to Elmwood Ave?
