Sent me home with a phone wasn’t activated.i go to do a iPhone Apple Watch bundle don’t hav anymore Apple Watches so just sells me a phone and doesn’t activate it but charges me a activation fee and everything else under the sun. I get home and go to use the phone then have to call and activate it myself. Absolutely wild will never go back to this store

Went here expecting to have to buy a new phone because mine wasn't charging. Instead of doing what any store would have done and sold me a phone I didn't need, the owner took the time to clean my charger port out. Now my phone works like new. I will definitely be coming here when its time for an upgrade. 10/10 customer service!!

Kenny was Awesome! He has Customer Service down to a science..While there I Bought a new phone , Knowing the flow of customers could come because of his service I was patient allowing him to help others that walked through as he was still helping me...He Informed me of the upgrades i could receive, I would recommend this place to anyone and give it 5 ? of 5 thumbs up...Kenny Does deserve a raise.

I highly recommend this particular store for the costumer service.. I had an. Issue with my phone and unfortunately needed a new one... Before even asking my Rep Crystal was on top of prices for me, recommending phones she'd actually had used and in the end, not only do I have a cute new phone with all the accessories, the price was on point,. It was refreshing to see two lovely young ladies doing their thing..They were both super pleasant and extremely helpful to every one that walked through the door..I'm not sure Crystal s partner's name but it was Aug 21, early afternoon if that helps!!! These ladies should be recognized for their awesome customer service skills??....

They're not a bad store I want to go pay my bill my bill is $35 then all of a sudden he told me it was 40 so I didn't understand why so when I looked at the receipt I paid it it was a convenience fee are you kidding me I convenience fee so you're telling me that I go to your store to pay my bill and it's a convenience for you that's insane all you do is look up my number I give you the money and we keep it moving but for that store to charge any convenience fee that's ridiculous to me that's extortion but like I said it's not a bad store to buy phones or whatever but I would definitely look at everything and have him explain everything to you because it seems like your boy been pocket in the money when you buy a new phone pay your bills and everything a convenience free are you kidding me I'll just pay my freaking phone bill online whereas the actual price not a convenience free where I'm the one who's driving to your establishment and paying my bill all you're doing is punching in a few numbers and I understand why he took the Google reviews off so you can't even leave a review on Google because he should be embarrassed anybody work there that charges a convenience fee should be embarrassed

Customer service is always exceptional here. They will go above and beyond to help with anything possible. We need more stores like this locally not just stores that are trying to get you to buy the most expensive phone
