The worst place to go... 2 weeks ago I went there to pay my bill the girl was working told me they didn't get recibe paper to give it to me, she told me I was going to get the text message saying I paid my bill I went to my car waiting for the text message and nothing. I call to the number service (Metro PCs by T-Mobile) i spoke the service guy he told me I didn't the payment I went back to the store and the girl was surprised.. and told me she didn't the payment because she was doing lot of things the same time. Unbelievable and unacceptable... I paid my bill cash and she asked me if I did the payment cash or card after leaving the store 5 min ago. Lol what a joke.

Came here today for a new phone jose's customer service skills were on point!! And greatly appreciated how things were handle getting a new 1 highly recommended...the elmwood location has nuttin on this location customer service skills are always noticed and thank you for giving my daughter a balloon

I went in cause I had questions about the home Internet. Sabrina was soo helpful and knowledgeable! Her customer service nus AMAZING!!! She genuinely cares for people and helping people!! SHE IS THE BEST!!!!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!!!

Good store good service and straight to the point we got met by Hector and he was polite and personal 9/10 it took over an hour to get a new phone swapped with a new case.

I purchased a rebel 6 Pro 5G it wasn't compatible for my camera I did not take the phone out the store I was trying to get a refund she said it was upgrade but she never told me that it was upgrade that I couldn't get my money back at time of the purchase ..... I just want my money back I'm not too happy she was giving me a hard time... I don't have the phone at this moment they have it at the store I do have a receipts...i was at the metro store for 5 hour's... I'm not too happy about the store I was trying to get in touch with the store manager Karla B for 2 days . I called her cell phone & Metro store to get my refund back they still have the phone. I purchase at the store. She's not picking up sh keeps hanging up the phone on.

I just paid 93 dollars and i was suppose to pay 88.50 they be jipping people on their phone bill so i an gonna be switching companies they need more recommendation in their quilty and they are a bad company they also have you take off your hood from your sweet shirt and your hat and now you have to ring a bell to get into metro they are scams
