Cannot say enough good things about this shop.
I was taken aback at how personable and helpful they were when I first started sending orders over, and they continue to be exceptional.
In a world where genuine customer service is dying, and caring, thoughtful staff are seemingly harder to find than unicorns, this team provides.
The location does have a tricky parking situation, but I will gladly struggle for a spot every time before I go to a big box store print shop in a mega lot.

I've written 5-star reviews for Minuteman Press locations in other parts of the country, and I will now write another one for the Providence location! We had a very urgent situation in which we need to print little table tent name cards in less than 1 hour before an event. We were desperately calling places like FedEx and Staples, but then I saw a Minuteman press store nearby and I knew it was the perfect choice. Kelly was so kind and understanding, and with their magic, we sent them our file, paid, and left with everything we needed with a few minutes to spare. These folks are lifesavers. I had the pleasure of sharing this story with Valerie, their awesome owner, over the phone.

This printer is excellent. We needed last minute print job for a local trade show with same day turnaround. They executed beautifully and price was totally reasonable. I’d love if this was my regular printer!

I did all of my wedding printing here. Customer service was wonderful, turnaround was fast and the quality was beautiful. Prices were much better than online printing. Thank you so much Minuteman PVD team!!

This is the best print shop in downtown Providence. Kelly, the women who did our print job was amazing. She was very helpful with showing us different options we could go with also Kelly was extremely nice. Thank you Minute Man for employees like Kelly.
