I have had to change my name in my account and after a year it still hasn’t gone through tried to do a withdrawal for an emergency and it’s held up because my name doesn’t match told I need to call my customer relations person and he hasn’t replied to my emails or calls and my coworkers relay similar issues

It's been a week now thst I'm trying to withdraw my money and all the reviews below are true. The wait is over an hour and when they get to answer that are clueless and transfers your call for supposedly the right department for another one hour wait just to come on and say it will take 48 business hours. Here we are a week later and nothing. Negative zero is what I wouldgive them. In this day and age with technology they are way behind. Please avoid them at all cost. They are not worth your time or money.

EDITED A MONTH LATER.....STILL WAITING!! STILL WAITING!!!!IF I COULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS I WOULD! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUTRAGEOUS!! YOU CAN'T GET ANYONE, ANYONE ON THE PHONE! YOU WILL BE ON HOLD FOR AT LEAST 2 HOURS AT A MINIMUM EACH TIME YOU TRY TO CALL. EMAIL DOESN'T WORK EITHER...THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY EASY PEASY BUT FORGET IT IF YOU HAVE A CLAIM! THEY HOLD YOUR MONEY HOSTAGE AND PRETEND THEY ARE DOING THEIR VERY BEST AND JUST FOLLOWING THE LAW. SHOW ME THE LAW!! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!

on hold yesterday for an hour and then spoke with someone who has no freaking clue what they were talking about. called today and was on hold for two hours. gave up. withdrawing ALL my money from these losers.I finally got a call back from a Licensed Withdrawal Specialist. I am not sure if they were from the RI office or not. The Withdrawal Specialist was very nice, very knowledgeable and very helpful. He gave me the correct numbers for tax withholding and said everything was good to go.Today, Monday I get an email to check my online account and review the documents for the withdrawal. Haha ha ha . ITS ALL WRONG! They withheld the WRONG AMOUNT. 40 times the amount it should have been for State Tax withholding. Twice what it should have been for Federal Withholding. HA HA HA HA. Guess what. Now Im on hold AGAIN to talk with someone from Mutual of America. So far its been an hour on hold.Can I remove the one star in the review?

I also would give them a zero. Customer service is rude. Your wait on hold for 2 hours. I have been trying to withdraw money for 6 weeks now. ( my money) All I get from Customer service is how busy they are. They keep telling me 4 weeks. Well now it's 6 weeks and still nothing.
