I had a question about getting my name on my electric bill it took about three different times but that's okay I finally achieved this and the lady was very nice the gentleman and the God house on Allens Avenue said you can't go in the building no more they done away with that I didn't know this at the time so now you have to call and it's all automated on the phone when you do this then I was all set I was very happy with the lady the way she was nice to me I was nice to her and polite thank you

Just moved to Rhode Island. This company is terrible. Had a write up on my home inspection for a safety issue relating to my gas terminus being too close to a spark source. I have called six times with no follow up from them. Empty promises of a promise to follow up every time. At least five hours of my time on the phone with nothing. I was about to file a complaint with the state and finally someone came out today. However, no one followed up with me so I still have no idea what the way ahead is. This is why one company should not have a monopoly.

This Natural Gas Vehical Station looks to be closed. I tried using it and it doesn’t work. I am currently reaching out to National Grid to see if it’s still operational and if so how to get access to use it. This location is very convenient since it’s right next to the highway. Crossing my fingers and hoping to get access. I will update my post once I hear back from National Grid.

National Grid of RI customer service has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with . I spoke to 4 or 5 customer service reps in the past 3 days. Still have no service at one of my priorities. Incompetent very rude custmer service employees. Tried to get a manager to call me, representatives will not have anyone call me back. Word experience ever!

This is not a location you can go to as a customer. If you attempt it they will ridicule you at the gate and make you feel like an idiot for trying to submit paperwork in person.
