Planet Fitness in Rumford is a great place to work out where members feel strong and supported. The staff is very knowledgeable, welcoming, supportive, and willing to help. The club manager and staff are wonderful, providing five-star customer service with warm smiles, making members feel like family. The machines are always in good working order and the facility is very clean and well-kept. However, there are significant concerns about cleanliness in the women's locker room. It is described as very dirty, with showers that are quite gross and not cleaned regularly. Issues include dirty floors, yellow stains, showers with mold and a white crust on the curtains, and unclean toilets and lockers. The problems have persisted for weeks, raising questions about the overall cleaning routine. Despite this, many find it an excellent gym with a supportive, judgement-free environment.

The new administration is doing a great job, the personal is very respectful,kind and helpful and the areas are clean, the bathroom are clean and always are people cleaning, I love it 😻
