Filed without asking me detailed questions then stated that I needed to amend the return. Told me that I will need to pay an additional $150 to amend the return on top of the $150 I already paid to file. Never replied to my request to amend (reached out twice). Update 8/11/23- claims there was a flood and that he can help, 5 weeks pass by with no update. Awful experience- not one to shame a business but definitely deserved here. Learn how to communicate with your customers- don't ignore them.

Mak's organized, easy to work with, understanding, and patient. He will walk you through any questions you may have. My taxes were done and filled within the same day for much cheaper than what HR Block or other tax offices may charge. Will be my go to, tax place for as long as I'm in RI.

Is my first year having Mak helping me for my income tax. He is a very professional accountant. He gives honest answers to my questions. He charges decent money for the service unlike H&R-block their fee is ridiculously high. I will definitely recommend him to anyone that need help for their income tax.

My husband and I did our 2019 taxes with Mak and he was great! He was thorough and patient and helped us address all of our questions about our complicated return. His prices are reasonable and overall Mak was exceptional to work with. We used to use H&R for taxes and this experience was more convenient, faster, and more pleasant in general.

I had failed at filing my own taxes accurately two years in a row. No refund, Nothing!!. To avoid dealing with the IRS later I decided to reach out to a professional. This is my first time filing taxes with this accounting firm. The process was fast and I was very satisfied with my income tax refund.
